Order was wrong. Pizza was bad quality. Only put toppings in the middle. Air bubbles and no cheese on most of the pizza. Wrong sauce. Forgo the dipping sauce. Horrible experience

Placed two separate deliveries at Dominos locations around 10ish and both orders were canceled. Decided to place a pick up order at this completely different location from the others in the hope of actually getting it. Order placed at 11:00 and said that we could pick up by 11:09 PM. Get there on time and there’s no updates. Waited and waited. Time kept changing and getting later. Went inside after half an hour and they said another 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile two workers were outside this whole time. One spent almost the whole hour sitting in a Dominos truck vaping and the other kept going in and out scratching his butt constantly. We sat in the parking lot for over an hour before our order was finally done and watching the two workers out there the entire time just added to the awful experience. Absolutely never again.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.
Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my hotel. $5 delivery charge. That’s fine. Added 15% tip to be courteous and was planning on giving additional $5 when he got here. Driver called me and asked to meet in the lobby. Went downstairs and waited 10 min. Called me AGAIN and asked if I was in the lobby before showing up a few min later. Needless to say he didn’t get the extra $5. Pizza was fine but delivery service was not good at all.

There’s a white lady answering the phone in there today she’s so rude. Had an issue I called in to get help with and was met with nothing but hostility. Even if the issue was on my end for not providing a 20 step outline for how to get the food upstairs your job is to not be a angry miserable person. You said oh well it’s none of my concern, and when I told you I’d be disputing the charge since I have no food to show I was hung up on…. This dominos cancels orders of they perceive themselves to be “busy” and generally isn’t awful. Today they showed me why I should stop eating dominos all together.

Gotta be the worst dominos multiple years running. Ordered online for drive thru pickup. It said it would be ready between 6:07 and 6:17. I got here at 6:12 and they said they haven’t even started to make it yet. They never answer their phone at this place and when you order delivery it’s always an hour later than they say if it even comes at all. I can’t tell you how many refunds I’ve gotten from this place from them canceling my orders

I placed my order at 4:02PM, it sat under quality check for almost 40 minutes. It then went under delivery at 4:45PM.. I didn’t get the pizza in hand until 5:40PM. To top it off the delivery driver called me and had me come out to get my own pizza.. absolute joke.
I will NEVER order dominoes if it comes from this store ever again. Absolute HORRIBLE.

Order a pizza at 10pm their app stated order will be delivered by 10:40.. then 10:50 it’s now 11:25 and it states it will be delivered at 11:26 and nothing. Tried calling and been on hold for over 20 mins… clearly this place is a joke we just want to cancel our order cause we have now ordered from papa John’s- if I was anyone looking to order from- think before doing so cause you more then likely will not get your pizza or anyone on the phone. Update- ordered the pizza at 10:10pm and was delivered at 12:47… almost 3 hours later- the delivery driver was stoned out of his mind and didn’t care he woke up the family- very disrespectful when asked for a phone number to call to get someone to pick up he said I am the only driver poor customer service- do better Dominos

Ordered a pizza at 730pm. Pizza was out of the oven at 7:43. They let my order sit for AN HOUR before they even sent it out for delivery! On top of this, when I tried to call them I got stuck with an automated system that hung up on me once. Finally got through the store manager to complain, received a refund and still got the food. Food was barely lukewarm by the time it got to me.

Mimi’s Pizza is way better, family owned and it’s across the street.
We ordered from Dominos originally. 30 minutes later it was cancelled. We tried calling and we were on hold for another 20 minutes so we ended up driving there and they were closed even though the “Open” sign was displayed. This was Saturday at 7:30pm.
But hey, we found Mimi’s and it ended up being 10x better anyways.
