I am not sure why this location struggles so much. It is the nearest location from my job and everytime I order, there is always a problem. Sandwiches are usually wrong and the staff doesn’t care to help or make things better. Today I had a “sandwich artist” scratch his head with gloves on and continue to place the vegetables on the sandwich. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Bread very hard especially around the edges of the sandwich. You had to tear the bread of like beef jerky and spit it out. But while some parts of the bread was soft , that part was edible. Taste was excellent!

The location has just recently been remodeled and is now very spacious! It’s a standalone location with a drive-thru. The staff were very nice and know how to make a decent sandwich. Great pitstop for lunch.

Worst costumer service! Rude staff, literally threw my sandwich and drink at me through the drive up window. Oh and can’t forget that they are incompetent too. The staff can’t tell the difference between mustard and honey mustard and don’t even bother to call so they can fix your order because no one will answer the phone.

Worst sandwich shop in town. I would rather have a homeless person serve me a sandwich out of a cardboard box. Horrible customer service. Photo is a sandwich that was made incorrectly that I got charged $9 for. When I returned it, the manager said, there’s nothing I can do for you.

I went to subway this afternoon and Luis helped us. He was friendly, fast and washed his hands when he changed gloves! The sandwich was perfect and he was very patient when we asked for specifics with our dressing. Thanks Luis for such great service keep up the good work!
