Ok I’m not one to complain about my drinks but this time really got to me! I mean the pure laziness of the employees at this specific location is baffling! We ordered the blue lagoon revel and the strawberry colada! The blue lagoon was supposed to have fresh fruit on top which it did not! The drinks don’t even look like the pictures which I’ve gotten used to from this specific Dutch Bros! But this time I’m kind of chapped about it! I mean where was the fresh fruit on top? No where to be seen and when she handed me the drink I had to ask if it was my order! When she said it was on top I legit had to look and there was a small dot of red in the middle like what the heck?! Overall disappointed with this place! I’ve gone to plenty of Dutch Bros locations that make the drink actually look like the picture!

I really enjoy my daily visit with these folks. The staff is always professional and friendly. I don’t know where the person that hires these folks finds them, but they are all top notch. They have been talking up their new food offerings and I can’t wait to try some. All in all, these people are a real asset to your business.

Literally the worst location of Dutch bros I’ve ever been to. I go to Dutch bros everyday. I was excited to find out we had one coming to Azle. Every time I order from this location from the app it is never ready and I wait 20 minutes fora drink. Today was the 3rd time this has happened. I won’t go to this location again.

the atmosphere & the workers here are phenomenal my drink is a bit complicated but they had no problem reassuring me that they could handle it! everyone was so welcoming and it was very comforting. would definitely recommend this location to everyone, the best in the district!

If I could give the service more than a 5 star I would! They have happy personalities, vibes are great! Manager Isela is always in a cheerful and blessed mood. Coffee is always consistent. All broistas are top tier! Keep up the good work!

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Dutch Bros in Azle. I was overcharged for my drink, and when I showed the manager my bank statement, she insisted I needed a receipt — even though they don’t offer receipts in the first place. All she kept saying was “go to your app,” but that did nothing to help the overcharge.
The manager (her name was something like Eskella) was unhelpful, dismissive, and provided zero solutions.
Thankfully, when I got to my car, I found the customer service number and spoke with John, who gave me a resolution immediately and provided excellent customer service. He was the only helpful part of this entire experience.
Dutch Bros corporate was great — but this location seriously needs better management and training.
