Ran into this little pizza place. Tried it. It’s okay. Think of it as the fast food of pizza place. The ingredients aren’t particularly great or fresh. The service is friendly. And the facilities are clean.

I came here and I asked the 2 black employees to please let me use the restroom. I needed to pee really badly because I have a weak bladder. They repeatedly said no and shouted at me to get out of the store. I feel like using the restroom is just basic human decency. I will never be visiting this location or any other chain ever again due to this sexist, racist and ableist experience

It took the dark skinned African guy +5 minutes just to find my order when I arrived. After finally leaving I opened my pizza and it was made terrible. I called the store location right away and the same guy that gave me the pizza answered the phone. He took my complaint, told me hold on, and never came back to the line. He rudely hung up. So I drove back to the store location. I advised them the pizza crust was burnt and not edible. Anthony begin to remake, but would’ve give me the African guy name. Anthony mentioned the other guy that refused to give his name hasn’t worked there to long. I had to wait additional time for my dinner. Horrible experience.

Wouldn’t recommend. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, the order got here and it wasn’t even baked all the way through. I also got wings but didn’t touch them since they probably didn’t get cooked all the way through either. Waste of $

New to Atlanta and wanted a quick comfort food. This was my first time ordering and I was excited because online it let me do a half and half option. We got there and were told they didn’t have our order. They had just finished a large pick up order so he hadn’t seen my order for 7:30. He was kind when letting us know he found it and it’ll be ready around 7:30. We came back at 7:30 on the dot and our four items were ready as he said.

Be careful if you decide to order from here, food and service were great but the staff only receives the tips if provided in cash. Any credit card tips go straight to the owner and never make it to the staff. Please beware when supporting this establishment that the staff may not be properly compensated.

Been to a few marcos nationwide and can say had better experience at this one. At the time of visit much of the staff presented themselves in a professional manner and was happy to see leadership working the line.

I will NEVER order from this Marco’s again! In the past week I have ordered from there twice and chose a delivery time of 11:45am to ensure that I had the pizza for an event at 12:00pm. The first time, my order was 30 minutes late and I had to call to get an update on the status of my order.
This second time is the real issue though. I ordered again for my food to be delivered at 11:45am. By 12:00pm, I did not have my order so I called to get an update. The employee said, “The delivery driver had an issue but is on the way. Do you still want us to make the food?” (Problem One and Two: It’s 15 minutes after my delivery time and my order is not even made. Also, no one called me to communicate the fact that the delivery driver would not make it in time.) I just asked them to make the food and I would come and pick it up myself. When I got there, they were still in the process of making the order, but the employee did walk the pizzas out to my car for me.
Obviously, I asked for a refund of the delivery fee and tip since my order was not delivered. I was told to call back at 3:00pm to speak to a manager. I got busy at work and didn’t end up calling until around 4:30-4:45. The employee knew what I was calling about and put me on hold for about five minutes, then told me that they needed to wait for the owner to call back and they would call me back after they spoke to the owner. (Problem Three: No call back.) Now today, I have called again and was told the manager stepped out and they would tell him to call me back.
At this point, I feel as if I’m being given the run around. Because of that, I will not be ordering from this Marco’s again. They’re unreliable and have poor customer service and communication skills. It’s unfortunate because the pizza is always good, but I can’t with the poor customer service.
