Terrible service and food I’ve been here before and the pizza was barely acceptable. This time however it was awful the guy working and cooking and packaging food was extremely rude and had a bandage wrapped around his hand with no gloves it was disgusting after I saw that I just left.

Ordered dinner 10/29, and was to expect it ASAP (20 minutes) it is the slowest place ever!! I’m not even sure what happened to the fastness they used to be just a month ago! Doordash has to wait longer than expected to for orders, and then us customers are waiting way longer! You’d think on a $40 order, and being Wednesday night it wouldn’t be this terrible!! Food isn’t even that great either.

Day time shift is a much pleasant experience. Everyone is much more nicer and they communicate with you about your order. Night time crew seems overwhelmed with orders and doesn’t have a professional attitude towards customers or dashers, very rude at times. One visit a worker there (night time shift) was talking to someone at the register (personal not work related) and ignored 2 of us that walked in while she continued her conversation. And then seemed bothered that we were asking about our order. I try very hard to avoid being there at night due to the rudeness and length of time it takes to get order.

2nd time orders are totally messed up. 1st visit they gave the order of 3 pizzas to someone else that only had ordered a papadilla. They did not even check the names on the orders.
This visit wife gave a order for 3 pizza again. They totally omitted the 1st pizza by they own assumption. They give us 2 pizzas. Of the 2 pizza 1 pizza is raw in the middle the dough was dripping soggy. Raw food possible food health issues. Public beware of your orders here.

Like everywhere else at this time they need more help and communication!! It was ok but we all got a laugh one of our pizzas was cut like it was running from whoever was cutting it. The Shaqaroni (not sure that’s how they spell it) was descent!

Every time I come to this location there’s only one person working. Each time the employee working has such a great attitude and still gives excellent customer service. I always get an apology for the wait, even though the wait isn’t even that bad considering it’s ONE person working by themselves. Plus the pizza is always hot and fresh.

I want to give 5 stars to Michelle and her driver on tonight. It’s just them two working the store. The driver went on a delivery and Michelle is making pizzas, answering the phone, taking orders, catching pizza. Throughout the angry customers on the phone and coming in the store.Michelle has kept a very positive attitude and a smile on her face. Where are the mangers, you at home while your store and team is working hard to keep it going! Michelle you are AWESOME! Sorry I don’t know the driver name but you ROCK as well!! Keep up the GREAT work!!
