As a door dasher I do everything to avoid this location, especially at night. More than one occasion, I had to wait 20+ minutes for my orders. As I am watching the staff horse playing through the windows. When they get called out for it, they give nothing but attitude. So if you are a dasher avoid this one. You will lose money.

I used the drive-thru service. I didn’t have to wait long to place my order. There were 4 vehicles ahead of me, but the line went through smoothly. From the time I order and receive my order was less than 12 minutes not so bad. The young lady who took my order was nice and courteous. The flower beds at this location was clean and kept up. The parking lot needed a little tending too.

I ordered ice cream on the mobile app and waited over 30 minutes for only someone to come out to tell us they’re out of ice cream and could we cancel the order or come back the next day! I thought it was crazy because they waited until they were about 5 minutes before closing to come out after we waited all that time to be served. Also how am I supposed to cancel the order after I already checked in and they said a carhop was on the way!?!??

This place was terrible. The worst food I had fun there.. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup and it turned out to be a sloppy joe soup. This was the worst experience ever out of all the times I have been going there. It may be a long time before I return there and I live right around the corner from the place on greenwood road. I would take away the one star if I could and have -1 stars. Awful awful awful.

When I order a large sonic blast it’s pretty disappointing to find a large cup of nothing but vanilla ice cream and one scoop of Reese’s on top if I wanted that I could have gone to Macdonalds

Young man taking orders in drive through was so professional and polite. He was so pleasant and our food hot and delicious. Service was fast despite a long line, we didn’t wait very long.

I have seen 7 cars pull off..7/02/2025. This is ridiculous. They have people jus sitting here. No customer service. The manager on night shift is not informing customers or staff of wait time. I pulled off like the other 7.

Second sonic location we went to today. The other one we left because we waited for twenty minutes without our order ever being taken. At this location the drive through was “broken” which we only discovered through someone getting out of their car and finding an employee. Maybe put a sign up? That took ten minutes. Then to avoid another battle with the red button kiosk we decided to pull up to the window and get an actual employee. Took around five minutes and a lot of back and forth to put through an order for one Oreo peanut butter milkshake. Miraculously after another 15 whole minutes they brought out our single milkshake. But alas why would we need a straw? So we waited at the window for a couple more minutes for the straw. Sonic owes me an hour of my life back. Update! Just tried the milkshake and it tastes like sour milk (wouldn’t be surprised if it is) so sonic also owes me five bucks.

Food was cold No #COOLWHIP on shakes tater tots was ice cold I would not spend another dime here. You shouldn’t neither. They have very poor management for something like this to occur. Very unprofessional .please clean drive-thru Windows. Order machine didn’t work .I EMAIL them they did not do nothing about my order.CLOSE IT
