We had a group of 5. Several in our group had never been to Chipotle. The servers were very, very nice & attentive. They explained what everything was & made ordering an easy experience. The portions were very good sized. The food was delicious. We will definitely come again.

Food is usually pretty good. On 12/6/2025 went in there around 7PM and had terrible experience. Got up to the cashier and I had a bogo deal. I had asked for two water cups and was told it would be $6. I stated I never paid for water cups here and asked another employee and she said they always charge for water cups. My total rung up to $30 but it should have been around $14 so I asked her to review it. The manager came up and I asked if they charged for water cups to which she responded no. The employee at the register had put the order before me and not my order since she never rang up the last customer. Once the manager fixed it I swiped my card which should have been $14 but a few days later I was charged the $30.

Hey corporate & IT, if you’re gonna use AI to cut cost you better train your model on ways to remedy missing items and pay your store management/crew more; a free drink doesn’t equate to half my bowl missing due to a technical error. I ordered a bowl and was missing my lettuce, cheese, corn, and salsa. The staff here were able to correct the mishap quickly and with compassion. I truly appreciate the 01/13/26 night crew. If the pepper chat had only been trained to be more compassionate towards the situation and what the issue was this could’ve been avoided but THANK GOD FOR PEOPLE with good customer service, compassion, problem solving, and proper communication skills.

0 star food cause if your tech messed up my order so bad that I literally could’ve made the exact same thing with what’s at home imma need more than a $1.95 drink that you’re upselling for $3.45. Im paying for convenience, not to line your C-suites pockets.

Having a Chipotle in this area is really convenient so I really wanted to love it but it’s not up normal Chipotle standards at this location. The service was fine aside from the employees bickering amongst themselves but the restaurant was truly filthy. I don’t think the floor has ever been cleaned properly and the tables were very dirty as well. Every surface looked like it was due to be cleaned so I can only imagine what the kitchen floor and surfaces look like. I had fully intended to dine in but after seeing the dining room, I took my burrito to-go, and frankly it was hard to enjoy without thinking about whether or not the dishes were clean that was used to prepare it. Overall, it’s a matter of cleanliness that may make or break this location.

I placed an order using the app, picked up my order, and headed to my destination. When I got out and picked up my bag, it tore, and one of the meals hit the ground, soaking my cloth seat. This was the second time in two months. They need stronger containers or leak-proof bags.

I went back to the restaurant with pictures. The acting manager replaced my meal. She gave me a dab of avocado, but I had paid for a full portion! She didn’t offer anything toward cleaning my passenger-side seat, or my jeans. I am really disappointed. She said the manager would call me, but she didn’t want to see my receipt or collect my information. I took my poorly remade meal and left. I will give them a rest and perhaps visit another location. I’ve been with Chipotle for years, and they were better than the coldness I felt from the acting manager. She barely looked me in the eye, but she apologized, and in the same breath, she informed the staff and other guests that she would have to get a manager to comp the meal. Wow!

We eat there at least once a week. Love it! Fresh healthy food. They work hard and deserve tips in their little tip tin. I am surprised when I don’t see tips. I always tip them. I know they are busy. If they weren’t, I would not be going there.

Got a mobile to-go order and opened my meal and my sister’s to seem very brown guac. Very obvious the the guac had been sitting out all day then scooped and put on our meals. I rather have no guacamole than super brown stuff

They did not put much in my bowl. There was also a hair and the floor felt like one of those college bars you go to. Very sticky. Bathroom was covered in urine and a mosquito bit me 🙁

I eat here often out of conversation . They have recently had a new hire named Matt. In the past 3 weeks I have observed him yelling at customers, arguing about portion sizes, complaining to customers about prices and starting arguments with his coworkers. Absolutely sickening you can’t even go in to grab a bite to eat without having to argue over your food that YOU are paying for. Most chipotles I’ve been to have been alright but this one is ridiculous
