Ordered via the website at 11:29. My order had not arrived so I called the store at 12:24 to check on the status of my order, male subject answered the phone and was rude – but provided that the driver was two stops away. My order FINALLY arrived at 12:31. This is unacceptable considering the store is 0.9 miles from the delivery location. For perspective, I only did delivery due to it being a rainy day and not wanting to leave the office for lunch3

We went to get a sandwich in a hurry through the drive thru. The night shift was so slow that we watched the lady with the glasses make each sandwich while stopping frequently to talk to the 2 other men. One of the men was eating bacon mid conversation out the container with his bare hands. She fixed our sandwich very sloppily, did not pay attention to what she was doing, put a load of lettuce on the chicken wrap that there’s barely anything else on the wrap, and the sandwiches look pathetic. We love Jimmy John’s, but these employees truly do not care and was more worried about their conversation.

If I could have given you negative stars I would. I WILL NEVER spend another dime in this establishment. We ordered a Giant #12 (your employees rung it up aa a Giant #11) despite calling back out to me correctly and a Giant Tuna. You had 3 employees work a white guy with the red shirt on and a red tattoo on his arm (who was pleasurable my 1st visit) and 2 women a heavy set white lady (named Rebecca or Amanda) she had on a black shirt and a black lady (named Vanessa I believe) who also had on a black shirt. Neither of these women tried to help me but instead the black lady mocked me when I told her that I wouldn’t have ordered anything with ham because I don’t eat pork and told me she the one who made the order and know she made it right while mocking me to her coworkers. So if the lady made my order right or if it was rung up right then why do I have these sandwiches still sitting here? I tried to eat it by removing the ham but it was unsuccessfull. I will be calling corporate.

Showed up to the store 20 minutes before closing (which is a little late), but it’s so simple to make a sub hence from friends working there. They had all the lights off. It says closing soon online. Not cool…….

The Augusta Rd Jimmy John’s has had issues for the last few years, but recently I have had issues with every order and will no longer have hope that my order will be right/clean. A few examples: the delivery driver complained about my car being in the driveway and not being convenient; my order was delivered smelling heavy of cigarette smoke and the bag had been open; most recently, I ordered at the restaurant and got home and there were multiple hairs in my sandwich. The current manager was kind and gave me a refund plus a credit, however when I went to use the credit the following day, the staff couldn’t understand how to do my credit, tried to charge me $13 for potato salad (they said their computer was glitching and that’s what it was ringing up for and didn’t know how to fix it after me letting them know there’s no way a side item was $13…thankfully that was dealt with), and then when I got home, there was hair in my potato salad…they also gave me someone else’s order at first before realizing they hadn’t actually made mine yet. In general, the orders aren’t correct which really is disappointing since JJ’s is generally a go to for my family.

Possibly the worst Jimmy John’s out there. Order is never right and always super slow. The last 3 times we’ve been there order has been wrong. Staff not friendly either. Avoid this place.

Absolutely disgusting — I found a live fly in my sandwich and got zero apology.

I found a live fly wrapped up inside my sandwich from this Jimmy John’s location — not on top, but inside the sub itself. I was shocked and completely disgusted. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she didn’t apologize, didn’t show any concern or sympathy, and didn’t offer a refund. All she said was that she could remake the sandwich or give me a store credit. Why would I want food from a place that already served me something this nasty?

This kind of response is completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and basic customer care says everything about how they run this location. I will never be back, and I hope others think twice about eating here.

I would give it a10 star for service if I could. I went in because I was having difficulties ordering on the app. Not only did Richard greet us at the door and hold the door for us and welcome us, he also guided me through ordering on the app, while Marissa was already making our sandwiches. They couldn’t have been more friendly or more helpful. They worked like they owned the restaurant – a quality I wish all workers had. JJ is lucky to have them both.

If I could give you zero stars I would. My daughter order me a sub last night but what I got in place of a sub was a dry wrap . It was the Absolute worst I took one bite and thew it in the trash. How are you our of bread and all you sale are subs. Calked today a asked for the manger if he was available. He asked fir the order number I asked my daughter for it as the she still had the receipt. He hung up on me mid sentence. As a former supervisor I have never treated anyone from the public so poorly and that ways 27 years ago . I wont be back to this location at all such poor service from the staff . I’ve read a few of the other reviews and the owner must not care about the staff poor reviews because they are still getting bad reviews. I’ll take my 20 dollars else where this has never happened at Publix .
