I love this caribou. My order is always right. They always put a coffee bean and stopper in my drink which doesn’t happen at other locations consistently. Reese was so apologetic for sold out item and got me the substitution I wanted.

This is my favorite Caribou I’ve ever been in. The atmosphere is incredible. The service is up to the normal Caribou excellence, but the atmosphere is unmatched. It’s a great location for meeting with people.

Love the ambience! So happy to see chairs at the fireplace that were not so low to the ground like at some of the other stores. Love the padded chairs at the tables, etc. I am disabled & those conveniences should be at every store. Love my Boo!

Great location with lots of seating. I would visit again for a remote work area. There’s also outdoor patio seating with tables and umbrellas.
On this particular visit, they were out of bags so my food was wrapped oddly for staying to eat. Both bathrooms were also out of TP and quite filthy for 7:30 in the morning.

I went in to buy some gifts for a friend who lives in NYC, where they don’t have Caribou, and the staff was SUPER friendly in helping me pick out the coffee and mug I am going to send him. I know he’s going to love them!

We werent ready to order we were still clearly looking at the menu and an employee looked like she wanted us to order already and asked when we were still like 3 feet away from the paying register . We told her our order and she got one drink wrong. We told them it wasnt the right drink and the employee looked like she didn’t wanna make a new drink. Once we got out whole order she rolled her eyes as she gave my sister the food. We wanted to dine in but not after that. We don’t usually ever go in.

The caramel coffee was delicious and when I asked for less ice I got less ice. The atmosphere was clean and the service was great.
