The staff is nice and the pizza itself is fine, but this is what I get when I order boneless wings, I thought the first time was a fluke but instead of 8 they now give 6 very tiny burnt ends that don’t even make up a corner of the box. Super bumbed out, don’t know if it’s the new policy or just overworked but it’s definitely not worth getting food here anymore

I don’t know how many deliveries the poor driver had but since you can track him… too many. Left the shop at 6:42 and our estimated delivery is 7:30… umm we live less than 2 miles from the store. This is the second time it’s happened. It won’t happen again. I will gladly pay 3x as much for waaaay better pizza and timely delivery. Save yourself the mediocre cold pizza and terrible customer service and get pizza elsewhere.

Usually I like them but the person who prepped our food Averee told us that it would be 29 mins for delivery so I figured I’d pick it up. It took 36 mins. Then when I checked the status of it ended up being 20 mins before they even started baking it. By the time I got there they were “on time” but late for the 2 min car side, no biggie. I leave get home and am in total disappointment in what I see. The pasta is dry, the onions are burnt, wheres the cheese,, and there’s nothing even in the dish. Last time we only ordered one and were able to share it between 2 adults and one kid. Ok so I apologize for not adding the tip in on the order and forgetting when I got there, I would be glad to do so but so far it isn’t worth it. I do get a coupon for a free pizza on my next order, which is cool, but I just was trying to have a nice Friday night with my family and we Haven’t had pizza in a while. Just would think that if this was set to go out, would you accept it?? By the way, it took near 55 mins total from submitting order to picking it up. I get it is busy, but just be up front with people. My salad isn’t half bad and the pizza I’m being given 2 thumbs up by the kiddo (who just learned how to do both thumbs up).

Ok hear me out.
I wasn’t in the mood for bread. (Not gluten free just wanted toppings) didn’t wanna turn my oven on for papa Murphy’s. Nor did I want to drive anywhere.
So I ordered a pizza, explained my problem
Was offered a thin crust pizza. Perfect solution. The toppings scraped off the crust with no bread and I got my wish. I love the quick thinking and easy solution to my problem

Looks like the driver stopped suddenly and the pizza slid into itself. Oh THIS IS THE REPLACEMENT ONE FOR THE FIRST ONE THAT LOOKED LIKE THIS!!! When I told the manager he asked if I wanted another replacement after this. When I told him no that I wanted my money back vs the replacement he seemed annoyed. Said that they try and make their customers happy. But clearly they need to figure out how to get the pizza from point A to point B without damaging the pizza. When I told him that this was my last time ordering with Domino’s as a company he just said “yep great. Money will be refunded soon” and hung up.
Don’t shop here unless you wanna get a crumpled up pie.

Which REALLY makes a difference in everyday life for someone who has specific allergies & their families!!! It really is NOT considered by a LOT of food expediting establishments or is treated like an annoyance….. when really, it’s someone’s entire life on the line.
So thank you, Domino’s for being top tier & really showing amazing leadership & empathetic skills!!!!

Disappointed. While the pizza was fast, they messed up our order. We ordered “extra” tomatoes on the whole pizza but they only put tomatoes on half the pizza. Also, upon opening the box we realized the tomatoes looked strange. Not fresh. These were peeled tomatoes from a can that had been cut up. When I called the store to report it, the guy argued with me and said the tomatoes were the “same ones they always use.” Asked if they ever used fresh, he repeated his statement. Same as they always use. Slimy canned tomatoes? No thanks!

I got 2 massive orders last night while hosting a work party for 30+ people. The first one I ordered in advance and the second slightly smaller one was ordered 4 hours later when people started getting snacky again. I ordered a sprinkling of nearly everything on the menu and everyone was super pleased with the flavor and the spread. Everything got to us quickly and the drivers were so kind. I will probably order from them again the next time I host a party.
