I wanted to give this place another chance after visiting the Casselberry location, so I stopped by the Orlando location on Orange Ave. Overall, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was nice, and the sandwich itself was good. However, I was pretty disappointed with the portion sizes, especially considering the prices. I ordered a medium fries through the Uber Eats app (pickup to dine in), and the portion was extremely small for $3.99. It didn’t feel or even looklike a medium at all. I also ordered a bottled water, which seemed like it may have already been opened and refilled, as it didn’t taste like Dasani. I was excited to hear about a new location opening in Longwood near my home, but based on this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. I hope portion sizes and quality control can be improved in the future. The sandwiches are good but that portion size is unacceptable!

This was our first visit and it was REALLY GOOD!! Cristina was GREAT!! I was unfamiliar with a lot of the items on the menu and she explained them very well to me and even showed me pictures of the items for clarity. Unsure of what I wanted, I saw a picture of the Tripleta Sandwich on the website and knew that was what I wanted to try, but it wasn’t labeled on the “front page” of the website. So I asked Cristina if she knew what it was and she wasn’t sure, being a conscientious worker, she recruited Yerling from the kitchen and she of course figured it out in no time!! That food was DELICIOUS!! My wife got the Milanesa de Pollo and I got the Tripleta Sandwich with a side of rice and beans, scrumptious!! We recently came back from a cruise and we stopped in San Juan PR, where we ate at a diner called Cafe Manolin in Old San Juan District. My wife got the exact same thing there and there were almost identical in flavor and everything, the beans too!! Talk about an “authentic restaurant”, it is spot on!! This really is a great place and the ladies put that “family style” touch to our visit. We visit O’Town regularly and will definitely be frequenting the establishment.

We stopped here for some breakfast while traveling and this place place did not disappoint! Cristina was our server and helped us a lot. We got two breakfast sandwiches, sorullitos, pastelillo de guava y queso, coffee, and orange juice. Everything was delicious and filling. One of the best parts was the freshly squeezed orange juice. So delicious and refreshing! Also, the inside was clean and comfortable, decorated for Halloween, and the staff was very nice and patient. Will definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again!

Taino’s Bakery in SODO is amazing! It instantly brings me back to my childhood in Puerto Rico with the authentic flavors. The food is always delicious, the pastries are to die for, and the service is super friendly. The atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Definitely worth it and one of my favorite spots in Orlando!

Cristina helped us with our order. She was very thorough with the order. The ambience was calmed (we came on a weekday past lunch time) and the space was clean. The food was good.

Update: The only item I didn’t love was their “sobao” bread I took home. It didn’t feel fresh or recently baked.

Great food. Clean and quick service. Thank you Cristina. Authentic Puertorican food and pastries. The bistec was very good and the mofongo con carne frita was one of the best in Orlando.

Went for breakfast around 1130, it was delicious ! Very authentic Caribbean food. As a Cuban who lived close to Miami for a long time I know once you get used to that quality food down there it’s hard to find it anywhere else. This was pretty close, I liked it a lot!! The place was also very clean and put together which is a plus.
