I was very disappointed with my it’s just wings order. The bone in wings were extremely undercooked so I had to put them in the air fryer. They fries were also super soggy and I had to air fry then too. I have ordered several wings from chilis in the past but was extremely disappointed by my 1st it’s just wings order. My husband said hat he never wants them again and honestly after wasting $40 I probably won’t order them again. I guess we will be returning to wing stop.

My entire order was WRONG! Called several times and no one answered. Had to go back up there and get a replacement order. And my $5 discount didn’t happen although I’d signed up right before I placed my order. Also the wings didn’t have much flavor. Pricing is good for the amount of food but I NEED FLAVOR!!!!!! I’m done with them.Very disappointing. I didn’t even want to give them the 1 star. They deserve a -3.

The wings and fries were great. Nice and crispy and my order came out super fast. Would have given 5 stars except they didn’t put as much sauce on the wings as I would have liked. Many of the wings were only partially ccoated. Easy to remedy by getting an extra side of sauce for $0.50.

The last two times I’ve ordered, the wings had about a tablespoon of sauce on them….total. Out of fear from the first order lacking sauce, I ordered extra sauce. Fear was accurate. Good thing I ordered sauce. I also ordered extra ranch. I didn’t receive that. Where’s the QC in these orders? Literally just a visual check before it goes out the door.

“Misleading & You get what you pay for” The prices are enticing yet the product is below average. Again you get what you pay for.. DON’T buy into their website marketing frills! After ordering I went to the location listed on their website only to be taken to a empty parking lot. I called to find out where they were located. They said “we’re inside of Chili’s”… SMH! Had I’d known this I would’ve never ordered from this place knowing the quality of this chain restaurants food. If you’re a connoisseur of quality food or pride yourself in trying places that specialize in specific cuisine this isn’t the place for you. The wings were comparable to your typical Pizza places. Dominos, Pizza Hut ect.. We’ve all had them before. So do yourself a favor and keep on scrolling! Nothing to see here..

Believe me when I tell you this is the worst wing place I’ve ever been to let alone restaurant. They’re notorious for serving undercooked wings and soggy fries.. Everyone I know agrees. Underwhelming all around. Chicken was chewy with no crispyness and barely any flavor (medium buffalo).
Fries were “ok” but almost the same, barely crispy.
Ranch was watered down.
Overall my lunch sucked and this place needs to improve big time!

AWFUL! We had a birthday, didn’t even wish the person a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Rushed us out 45 mins before closing. Brought us our bill before asking if we wanted more, and we had already accumulated a bill of 125 but was very quick to rid of us! DO NOT EAT HERE, definitely WORST service I have ever received!! Don’t WASTE your time or money!!!
