I ordered a pizza and two orders of loaded tater tots. The tots did not have the sauce, the extra sauces I ordered on the side weren’t provided, and I had hardly any pepperoni despite ordering extra. When I went in to inquire about my missing items the male working chose to ignore me and not help. Nothing was done or said about the situation until a female came in to address what was going on.

We pretty much come to this Domino’s average of once a week. The pizza is always consistently good and the price is also a plus. All the other Domino’s where we used to live were basically just not good. Had no interest in getting Domino’s again but we decided to try this one and have been coming here frequently. Had a pumpkin festival in the parking lot. No place to park. Called and was told to park about 4 block away. No parking spaces there either. Ask the manager if they could run them out to us and they said NO. I’m 71 with heart problems, said if I had to go back and get my wife I would like the pizzas comp and they said NO.

OK so I order from this location atleast once a week. For years and this last year my orders are being left on the ground outside ,Delivered to wrong addresses and I mean 10 times is excessive. They don’t look at the address before delivering it and all the Manger says is sorry you’ll have to wait another half hour and you’ll get your food. I normally just day ok hey it happens and Paiently wait. This time I just can’t take anymore. This is ridiculous

This was a horrible experience. I’m at the pool with my grandkids, in 106 ° weather. I ordered pepperoni pizza and they came with cheese pizza. I asked for plates and forks and did not receive anything. I called and did not receive any type of reprieve to give me a pepperoni pizza instead of a cheese pizza.. I will inform my Canyon lake community not to use this service again because we ordered here all the time and this is not the service that I expected to receive
