This location needs better dedicated and professional individuals. Especially management. Workers show below average capabilities and no regard towards food handling procedures. It is imperative that the owner finds a responsible manager to conduct these employees the correct way. Location looked closed when it was approached giving the impression that it was closed. Was told It takes 20 minutes to have a regular pepperoni pizza ready. Mind you they are supposed to be “hot & ready “. The longest it should take per proper procedures is maximum 10 minutes. If you prefer service that has a reckless view of customer service and no importance to food handling procedures you have found the right place.

We were driving through from Ohio to Georgia and stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. The entire staff were busting their butts to make sure everyone was taken care of and orders were correct. I’ve never seen a more professional, friendly team working through a heavy dinner rush. Majorly impressed!

Came in around 2 p.m. for a hot and ready but they had none. Had to wait 10 minutes or longer for a pizza. Meanwhile another customer came in and waited about 10 minutes but the man taking orders never came back to the front, so the customer left.
This is the second time in a row I’ve had to wait for a hot and ready. Will go to Domino’s in the future.

Today 4.13 I gave this place their last chance. Crazy bread was all dough, uncooked. there was a piece of plastic and a piece of hair in the crazy bread. What the heck is wrong with these people? Someone needs fired
I have changed my review from 4 to 2 stars. on 3.22 I went to pick up an online order that ended up being 15-20 mins later than what it should of been. There were 8 other people in the lobby waiting to either pick up or place an order, not a single employee came out to greet the customers, they didn’t even acknkowledge that anyone was there. We were all just standing there for atleast 15 mins. They had several pizzas sitting on the counter, they kept opening boxes, which just lets the heat out and makes everyone’s food cold. Not sure why they weren’t giving people their orders. They must of opened the same box of pizza 5 times, they seemed very confused. I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni and sausage, they left the sausage off so my order was wrong. The deep dish was made incorrectly, the pizza was rounded and no crispy edges, instead it was like 5 inches thick of crust. Not only did I have to wait way past the time it should of been ready, my order was wrong.

Came in at 12 noon to get crazy bread and it was hard and had been sitting in the hot box all day had to throw it away bc it was too hard to eat. Tried to come back after work still not been able to eat to order a fresh crazy bread and oh sorry were out of the dough and only have 2 pepperoni pizzas left it’s sad little Ceasars quality and customer service has gone down hill so bad ill just go home and fix my own since I’ve worked at little Ceasars b4 and know the recipe but this is just plain sad we won’t even talk about how the employee on front line locked doors as soon as I walked out the door and it was only 9:40 pm

You might as well go get a DiGiorno’s from food City next door because it would take you less time to buy that and go home and make it then it does to get a pizza from this little ceasars. I know it’s cheap pizza. However I ordered online, waited until after the “your pizza will be ready at” time and then went into the location. They THEN put my stuff in the oven. I watched 7 pizzas leave the store while I waited for my regular pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. It took a full 34 minutes to get my order from placing the order to having it in hand. This is what the cheesy bread looks like, an absolute mess. Also the kitchen staff had open toed sandals on while making pizzas. We won’t be coming back.
