I love tropical café And I love that they finally have one close to my home. The food is awesome here do I wish they had a few more vegetarian options yes but still everything is wonderful and of course, the smoothies are top-tier. The reason I rated the atmosphere four stars is because I usually just use the drive-through because I don’t get around very well and I have to say between the service which everybody is very nice but the drive-through takes an extremely extremely long time to get your stuff, which also doesn’t do too well for your atmosphere. I really think either get two more people at the grill or two more people at the smoothie whatever it might take but drive-through is just so extremely slow. I’ve waited 15+ minutes in line before if you can fix that I’ll tell you what you guys would be even more top-tier than you already are.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had a great experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. Their smoothies are always blended perfectly; refreshing, not overly sweet, and made with quality ingredients. I also tried one of their wraps, and it was warm, well-seasoned, and filling without feeling heavy.

Too slow! As a door-dash driver, I rely on employees to be fast and perfect. This store proved to me that they are NOT fast at all. Had to wait more than an hour in drive thru just for a single delivery. Time is money, and it coated me.

I Love, tropical café, and this one is right by my house, but I cannot eat here! The staff is ALWAYS dirty! There is one gentleman who works the window who looks like he has not bathed in weeks. His clothes are Filthy, and nine times out of 10 he has dried food in his beard or something in his nose. His hands are always dirty and his fingernails have dirt and Lord knows what else underneath them. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before… Definitely not a bad review, but this situation is insane and honestly makes me angry.

If you’re planning to order delivery, order from a different location. The staff at this location allowed an order to be picked up for delivery without confirming the order was complete. As such, I am now sick in bed without the smoothie from an order I paid $30+ for. When I called to request a refund for the smoothie they said there’s nothing they can do (despite ordering it through their app) but if I wanted to come in they will make it for me. Clearly if I wanted to come in, I would’ve done so in the first place. I haven’t had this issue or such a response from other locations. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie, for stealing my money through employee incompetence.

Love all the other locations in the city. This one has the worst drive through. Been here 3 times since it is close to my work and each time it is incredibly slow or something is broken on their machine. I have waited legitimately 23 minutes in line behind only 1 car before. They could simply tell the car to go to a parking space and bring them their food. This would at least the line moving, but they don’t follow that genius idea like all the other fast food places. All of my co-workers cannot come to this one due to this.

This place is a joke. We sat in line for over 30min for 3 smoothies. Finally get to the window pay for it only to sit there another 25min with our smoothies sitting there in the window. Finally a girl comes over and sees us glaring in the window. She apologizes and gives us our smoothies. Smoothies are more like a snow cone with chunks of ice so big you can’t use the straw. I don’t understand how you work at a smoothie place and still can’t make a basic smoothie!! Don’t waste your money on this over priced trash

This place is a mess. After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through for my smoothie, I gave the girl my card. She fiddled with it for about 5 minutes and then leaned out and said that they don’t take swipe cards. Their machine doesn’t have an option to swipe the card.
I understand that swipe cards are not as common as they used to be as more people use cards with chips, but you should be able to accommodate multiple platforms of payment at your business.
The little girl was sweet and as accommodating as she could be. It’s unfortunate she’s working for a business that isn’t fully competent.
I recommend this place if you have an ample amount of time to waste waiting for your order and make sure you have a card with a chip or cash bc they won’t be able to serve you otherwise.
