I rarely leave review unless the service was either absolutely phenomenal or terrible. And in this case it was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. SHOUTOUT TO TAY FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Whoever hired Tay needs a raise. Tay also needs a raise. You don’t come across that quality of customer service much anymore. Probably one of the best Burger King spots I’ve visited in a long time. Keep up the solid work over there.
Also I hope I’m spelling Tay’s name correctly. Unfortunately I can’t speak on all these other reviews and their experiences in the past about this spot, but I seriously urge all of you to come swing back by and have your minds blown from their excellent customer service. If I could bump Burger King’s main rating on google to 5 stars I absolutely would. When I come back I’m gonna ask Tay about that raise!!!

My mom and I placed an online order at this Burger King, but when we arrived we were told their burner wasn’t working, so they couldn’t make the food we ordered. The employee told us our options were to cancel the order or choose something else from the breakfast menu. Since we had placed the order online, we were having trouble canceling it ourselves, so I went inside to politely ask for help. I was respectful because I understand employees have other customers to help. This was the same woman from the drive through window, Unfortunately, I’m not sure of her name, she’s a larger woman with partially dyed red hair, had a very rude attitude when I asked for assistance, I wasn’t demanding anything or complaining I just needed help canceling the order since the issue was on their end. Situations like equipment not working are understandable, but being rude to customers who are simply asking for help isn’t. I hope management works on customer service here because this experience was very disappointing.

This is my go to BK, the food is always great but more than anything the service is always amazing especially from Victoria, 2 times she has made my experience wonderful. She is professional, very kind and polite, and both times I had the pleasure of having her service she dropped fresh fries and patties that made the meal and visit unforgettable. We placed an order for two Whoppers and a Junior Whopper through the app and headed to the restaurant. The pick up time was for 7:12pm. We arrived at the restaurant at that time. We were told there was a 15 minute wait. We explained we placed an online order through the app. We proceeded to join two other vehicles ahead of us. We waited and observed a worker come to the first drive up window and interact with the car just ahead of us, third in line. Worker disappeared. After awhile, the first car received their order and drove away. We pulled forward and were even with the first drive up window. Like the car before, a worker came to the window and asked how they could help us. We stated we were waiting for our order. Worker stated we needed to wait until we got to the second window. We continued to wait and followed the car in front of us. We watched as two cars behind us were greeted and presented with their order and pulled away. We finally make it to the second window and wait, and wait, and wait. An hour after we first pulled in we retrieved our order. We purchased bacon for the two Whoppers and neither burger contained bacon. We were given cinnamon rolls and offered 1 free drink (there were two of us in the car.) We requested unsweetened tea and was told they were out. We chose Dr. Pepper and left. We won’t return to this location.

Drive thru order. I waited a good minute for my food. I expect hot fries and warm juicy burger. I got the opposite of what I was expecting. Cold fries and a burger that had a dry cold meat patty. Nothing worth the $20 I spent. I want my money back. This is disappointing.

It’s called fast food
It’s supposed to be fast. Food took too long and the fries were brown. Please change your oil. The person that took our order was also on his/her personal cellphone.

Order through the app at 7:08 pm… 35 minutes later- still waiting! Not sure if there are short staffed, but its not acceptable. Will never come to this location again. Asked for a refund and the manager didnt say anything.
Finally after an hour or so they made my order( claimed our food was taken by another customer; took my order as they ate inside the restaurant) they gave us several hamburgers for having to wait over an hour.

We stopped by last night and my sister told me to avoid this place because they were so slow, but the line here seemed shorter than McDonalds. We ordered three items and waited 20 minutes in the DRIVE THRU! I think there was only one guy working there. The people in front of us left and we did too because McDonalds service was way faster.

Never have I ever had such a problem with receiving the food I payed for, this location should be closed. Useless people work here. $15 for a texas double with fries, didn’t get any fries and the burger was cold. I was the only person in there, and you still couldn’t make fresh food. This place is a disservice to burger king.

The 2nd window lady had a little of a attitude. The food took to long to get to the window, she acted like she had no idea what she was doing. I can’t believe they forgot to give me my drinks that the first thing you do as a fast food worker. Got my order wrong, but the fries were hot. When I try to call them back because of the mistake they never answer their phone I called more than 5 times. At least the drive thru was clean. I’m willing to give them another try the next time I go back. Mind you there was no one behind me.
