I’m vegetarian, and I was unaware one of the items came with meat as the menu did not state that, so naturally, I found myself surprised when I found chicken in my pasta. But when I informed Channis about the mistake, she respectfully understood my situation and redid my order with kindness.

This place was a godsend… we were starving heading into Capitol Reef National Park with no options of food and we stumbled upon this wonderful food trailer. We ordered Chicken Alfredo, Cheese Sticks and Fried Ravioli. All of our food was EXCELLENT and satisfying.

Girls don’t know how to count back change. A big no no for me. Education around money is an important skill set to have.
We ordered the chicken parm and choked at the price. 16.07
But we were hungry so thought we would just pay the price with food options limited.
What we received looked like to frozen patties on soaked butter bun and 7 tator tots.
Then to boot there is not one table or chair to sit and enjoy the messy meal provided. So in the car we sat.
Thankfully we won’t have to visit this again.

Both of us ordered the chicken parmigiana. Loved it. The breading on the chicken had a nice light flavor. The sauce was also good. The serving size was perfect. I would eat here again.

Such amazing food! The chicken parm breading and seasoning come through the sauce so clearly but compliment each other so well; added to the fact that the noodles cooked to exceptional texture the combination is nothing short of a five star meal!

Channis was the only place open when we came through in January other than the gas station. She was friendly and quick, the Alfredo Parm chicken was a wonderful warm meal, after being out on the trails all day.

This is a place you should definitely try. Food was AMAZING, I was pleasantly surprised. The fried ravioli is a must. My daughter really liked the Alfredo and my husband loved it too. All around a great experience.

The food was so good, I went there two days in a row for dinner! I got the chicken Alfredo and it was to DIE FOR! The funnel cake fries are also a great sweet treat! HIGHLY recommend!
