Rolls and Rice has some good bowls of Ramen. We ordered the Black Garlic and Ghost Pepper Tonkotsu Ramen, along with the Truffle Salmon and BBQ Eel Inari Sushi. The Ramen were delicious with that awesome pork belly. And the Inari Sushi were fresh and flavorful. And the staff were super nice and friendly. Located inside Sunnysides (The Last Sip) food hall and bar location in Happy Valley Town Center. Great experience all around. Highly recommended!

The owner was super nice and welcoming. We ordered two donburi, and the portions were very generous. We also tried the inari sushi, the sweet fried tofu pouches paired with fresh sashimi were incredibly delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

Ghost pepper tonkostu raman
it one of a kind, super super spicy only order it when you can eat spicy. I was surprised because other restaurants/noodle/ramen places wont make it this spicy. this is one of the best ramen in town and you cant get it elsewhere especially for this GHOST PEPPER ramen. the black garlic ramen is also my favorite!!!
