They’re great during the week just avoid going here on a Sunday. After six pm every time I come here on a Sunday you’ve gotta wait inline that doesn’t move for at least 20 min only to be told they don’t have what I want or it’s going to be a long wait time. I’ve gone in when the drive through was backed up only to see the young employees playing around and on their phones. But any other day of the week when a manager is there service is great. Drive through moves along nicely. Hopefully they can get this straightened out

No customers at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Food was put together fast and brought it home. Soggiest bucket of chicken I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t even pull the chicken out of the bucket without it falling apart. Coleslaw container was half full. Fries were cold. Apple pies were cold. Worst KFC ever! Avoid.

Honestly don’t try to come here at 8:20 because the employees will just lock the doors and pretend they’re closed. Tried the drive through and after being asked if we wanted to try the 10 piece, we weren’t talked to again. Then when we tried to go in, the doors were locked.

Though I have been avoiding patronizing this establishment due to the last couple times gotten terrible chicken, I wanted to surprise my wife with not having to make dinner. I went thru the drive thru and bought an 8 piece dinner. I should of looked at it before I drove away, as the chicken was not even edible. It was badly overcooked, and likely sitting under a lamp for hours. It looked as bad as it was, so I have to wonder, what kind of person would put this into a customers order? Then I thought it must be on managers order because the last two times I got a meal to go it was the same. Now I know to never get a meal to go there again. On the plus side, which is why I gave one star and not zero stars, is the coleslaw is very good.

Ordered ‘Original’ 2 piece meals. Freshly made/assembled. Friendly Counter person. Dining area immaculate. Restroom was equally clean. Unfortunately, fewer and fewer KFCs are available in SE Wisconsin, hence our search for one while traveling outside our home area.

Great service, Always kind. They do bring it out rather quick. I sit at other fast food places much longer. I think it is really rude when other customers complain about wait time knowing every business is short handed. The food is ALWAYS excellent. The ladies in early afternoon are always sooo kind, as well as the other workers later in the day. People have to realize this is the only KFC in X amount of miles.
