So glad I stopped in here for lunch because X and Eddie truly made my day and sandwich amazing! Very well cleaned establishment too. I walked out with a smile on my face and a perfectly crafted sammie! Definitely will be coming back here more now that I know the friendly service makes all the difference!

As someone who has lived in Utah County for 5 years, people should count their lucky stars for this Jersey Mike’s. Usually I’m missing ingredients, my order gets cancelled and I’m not notified (it’s happened 3 times with the location I used to live by) . I got a free sandwich and no one treated it like it was a less than order because it was free. This restaurant also follows instructions and doesn’t decide what they want to do. The sandwich tasted fresh, I would have liked more toppings but the pickles were a perfect ratio. Overall what a difference! The employees were also nice.

In terms of fast food subs, this has to be the top tier. I usually get the #8 but today I went with the Philly cheesesteak. It was a great choice. Perfect combo of salty and a tiny bit of sweet. Love the subs here and will for sure come back again and again.

Maybe I was just in the mood for a sub, but this one was quite tasty. As far as Jersey Mike’s goes, the Centerville location is a good one. The store was extremely clean. The food tasted fresh. The staff was very nice on a Sunday night.100% met and even exceeded expectations this time.

Jersey Mike’s is one of the couple places I can eat and until recently I haven’t had any problems. I have a milk allergy and request no cheese anytime I come. This past time I asked them twice to leave the cheese off as they put cheese on my sandwich the previous time. Despite this, my sandwich still had cheese and therefore I can’t eat my sandwich. I work as a delivery driver, and this week I received three requests to pick up orders from this restaurant. Unfortunately, on all three occasions I had to cancel because the restaurant does not prepare orders for delivery. The staff seemed unsure about how to handle delivery requests and appeared somewhat disorganized.
While I was there, I also noticed a customer asking for a refund after waiting a long time for a sandwich. It seems there may be a lack of attention to improving service, especially when it comes to delivery orders. These orders are often not prepared, which can be frustrating for customers who rely on delivery platforms.

I had a decent experience at this Jersey Mike’s and will likely return. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The sandwiches were good, though not quite as flavorful as those I’ve had at other locations. I couldn’t pinpoint the difference, maybe it was just the day or the prep. Still, I’m hopeful for a better taste experience next time.

Take a seat, this is mind blogging. I ordered the #64 which is under the meatless section and got a sandwich filled with meat. I thought I got someone else’s, but nope it was for me. I also was handed someone else’s sub. So much product was wasted tonight. They remade it incorrectly and it didn’t match what was on my ticket. I finally gave up, these kids didn’t give a single thought into what was going on. Please don’t ask if my name is Mike, then when I say no, give me Mike’s food. It’s a bunch of 16 year old boys who clearly don’t care and will make careless substitutions on your food without asking. Can’t eat cheese? No worries, you’ll get cheesy bread without your consent because they’re out of white. They don’t bother asking. This one guy was sitting on every counter surface, which is nasty. Here’s a photo of someone sitting RIGHT where they made my sandwich. Ew! Ew! Ew! The place was a mess. We had a coupon so we thought we would visit. Our last visit in the spring was very similar. Yikes!!!! This place is an extreme health hazard, don’t put your butt juices on my food please. Every table was dirty. So, so, so bummed. I used to LOVE their subs! The picture attached is me piecing together a sandwich from the many pieces they gave me. Ugh. I would have asked for a refund but no one there knows how to do anything.

I would give the Centerville Jersey Mikes a zero star if I could. I made an order at 1 for 2 catered boxes , for pick up at 6 pm. You would think that 5 hours would be long enough to make the sandwiches I ordered but they didn’t even start them until I arrived. When people have events, they expect orders to be ready. The excuse was they had 2 other orders ahead of mine. …but still 5 hours to make them. Super poor service.
