The food was OK, not the greatest but edible. All restaurants around Brian Head are really bad, so this makes this one really shine. Veryyyyy price though. 2 burritos, one horchata and one guacamole was over $50. you have to serve grab your own food from the counter and leave after yourself, so the tipping was… useless?

Pretty solid Mexican food joint in Brian Head! I ordered the California Burrito with carnitas, and it came packed to the brim with meat, beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, and diced onions. The flavors were pretty standard and well-balanced, and the distribution of ingredients within the burritos were consistent. Would recommend if you’re craving some hearty Mexican food after being up on the slopes!

This place is amazing! I’m a vegetarian and I ordered the nachos with no meat. The girl came out to tell me that they deep fry their chips in beef oil and suggested something else. Which is something I appreciate. Got the cheese quesadilla and it was delicious! My boys got the carne asada tacos and burrito and they loved it. Definitely coming back here when we visit Brian head. Clean restaurant and friendly staff and great food.

Cute place. The girl at the counter that assisted us was pretty nice. But for the prices they charge the food should be much better. The carne asada isn’t seasoned at all and was half fat and gristle. Chips and queso were delicious and so were the refried beans. But again with no seasoning or flavor on the rice. If you’re going to charge restaurant prices provide restaurant quality food ‍♀️

Rosales is a small corner restaurant that serves filling and affordable Mexican food! I had a supreme burrito and was satisfied with the amount of carne asada (about 100-150 grams) and impressed by the amount of gaucamole, it was a filling meal after a five hour skiing session, I would like to try their bowls next time!

The only Mexican food on the mountain.

It’s improved over time since they opened up. Some of the dishes are great, some are so-so. You are going to pay more than a normal Mexican restaurant but it’s simply due to the location.

Overall, the tacos we got were awesome and the enchilada plate was great as well! It can get really busy during peak season and on the weekends so just be patient and recognize that it’s a family owned and ran restaurant, and demand can overwhelm any restaurant on the mountain.

Pro-tip for Brianhead food – order earlier than you need and then avoid the rush and disappointment of not being able to get food.

This places used to be a 5 before they changed the menu. When they first opened, their original menu was very authentic and the owners were proud of it. No idea if they changed owners or what. They had the best red cheese enchiladas on earth! Authentic and cooked properly with a rich red sauce. Now they just have tangy green enchiladas and sour white sauce enchiladas. Can’t believe they got rid of their signature red. It was better than even most west coast Mexican places! Maybe too many white people complained about spice? Who knows. Sadly this place went from one of my fav Mexican places in America to a flop

I could smell the food whilst snowboarding this morning at Giant Steps. I didn’t know what to order and asked the staff member at the desk to recommend something for when you are hungry but don’t want to eat too much. He suggested the lunch deal of 2 tacos and soda for $9.94 (inclusive of tax). He then asked if I would like mild or spicy sauce with the tacos. I chose mild.
The tacos were delicious – I chose steak and pork. And went back for a third taco – chicken.

The food is healthy and fresh and not too heavy for a few more hours of snowboarding in the afternoon.

I don’t know why this place isn’t more highly rated. Most everything was corn based so having a gluten allergy, it was wonderful. I wish they had margaritas in addition to their beer and seltzers, but the food was spectacular. The chips were hot and crispy, a tough find in Utah. I’m glad everything else was closed so that we wandered over here late in the ski season. Great tacos too.

Not much to eat in the area so we stumbled across this place accidentally and it was great. Gentlemen at the counter was friendly and helpful! Food was amazing and honestly not terribly priced at all for the area. Had tacos trio and burritos both were delicious the el pastor was phenomenal. But plus is that they LOAD the tacos
