Okay y’all, full disclosure. We have had bad experiences with this location in the past but they seem to have their act together now for real!! To the point that I would say this may now be the best location I have ever visited.
I have ordered twice in the last week (we are remodeling our house and I have been stupid busy, don’t judge me!). The first order I messed it up and accidentally put it in for the following day instead of that day. I show up to the store expecting to pick up my pizza and realized I screwed up. The guy working the counter tapped a few buttons and then boom, fixed it for me! Said it will be ready in 15 min. It was an admittedly difficult order (I put one in as an extravaganza but adjusted the toppings so that half was hawaiian with jalapenos and the other half normal) and they freaking nailed it! The crust and toppings were so fresh, just super delicious.
Then tonight I ordered delivery (painting the house all day) and these pizzas y’all, they were something out of an advertisement! Toppings perfectly distributed, I mean I have never seen anything like it. And they were super hot and tasty and that crust!!! So fresh!!
So if you have had a bad experience in the past I encourage you to give them another shot because they are the A team now for real!! Thank you, Tanner, for doing such a great job with your team!!

I ordered pizza for grandkids last week at school. Ordered extra early to be sure. They told me 12-22 minutes. When I pulled up 20 minutes before kids go to lunch they told me another 30 minutes to wait. Their answer to my problem was “there are 2 other pizza places in town.” Little late for that. Totally unacceptable. I order a lot from them but that just ended.

Ordered a large pizza they told my son that it would be thin crust because of the size but yet when we got it I don’t know what thin crust is to them but when the cardboard is thicker than the pizza crust there’s a problem I’ll let you be the judge

Wow this has been our family Friday pizza meal since they opened. Always would be ready or almost to ready when I arrived to pickup (I always pickup). Over the last couple of months it has taken a major drop being ready. Get there and they haven’t even started on it , sit in my car for 20 minutes waiting after the time it said it should be ready, it has gotten To the point we now order from another location about 10 minutes farther but worth it as the order is ready when expected. Something has changed here and from what I understand it’s management. Needs to get fixed in a hurry or this location will fold.

When you can get the food, its good. The issue is that the employees start canceling orders at 10pm. Idk why they’re even open the last 2 hrs. I tried placing an order at 10pm for delivery, I live about 2-3 miles from the store. Its been canceled 3 times and when I called to ask I got a robot on the phone who then transfers me to corporate customer service, who can’t tell me why my order keeps getting canceled and transfers me back to the store where I can only talk to the robot. Its literally impossible to get an actual associate from this actual store on the phone. Ridiculous. Other locations are better.

Don’t always use dominoes and now I know why for sure. Their quality of pizza and etc is very poor. The first time we ever tried them it was disgusting Was very disappointed. I love pizza a lot. I was very disappointed with the pizza I got tonight it didn’t taste good or look good was thin as paper and that’s ridiculous . Also their pasta primavera tasted very poorly it was overloaded with onions that were not cooked very good or cut up very well.
Was just totally disappointed with dominoes tonight will not be back . I will continue to go through Milanos Or Papa’s Pizza they are better and I’ve never been disappointed

The taste and value of Domino’s is unparalleled. But, the one here in Hallsville is horrible at cooking. I’ve ordered most of their crust multiple times. The pan pizza is ALWAYS raw. I ordered the Brooklyn style thinking I would get a large pizza that was stretched and I just got a regular medium pizza and some how it was raw too. The hand tossed large is the only thing that is right most of the time, but it’s still hit or miss.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but service has rapidly gone downhill in the past few months. I’m not exaggerating when I say that we always have an issue with our orders now. Either we are missing something, they send the wrong food or you wait 2 hours to get delivery of a cold pizza. To top it off, they won’t answer the phones anymore so you can’t even get an update on what’s taking forever. I recently ordered pizza for delivery, waited two hours and had to go pick it up. I asked them to refund the delivery charge and the lady gave me grief over refunding a delivery charge for a pizza I had to come pick up. Six months ago, this place was a great option for Hallsville and the wheels have fallen off lately.

Went in the other day to pick up my order with my child. Imagine my surprise walking into a business and the overwhelming smell of Marijuana hit me in the face. The gentleman working James was very short and condescending when it was mentioned. Will not return. It’s worth the trip to go to Marshall or Longview for your pizza.
