Ohhhhhhh no… I love wing stop!!
I know you guys can do better than that for the prices we pay for fast food these days.
Customer service was good.
Restaurant was clean and well kept.
Fries were fresh and good ,a small portion given but okay! Thank you

Tiny, old, dry and meatless. They were about two to three days old cooked or they sat on the counter all day and parts of the evening or maybe recooked to make them hot. NO!!!!!!!!

The food was fresh and hot also well seasoned even the soda had strong flavor not flat at all and the ranch was just right. I haven’t ate wingstop in years because the chicken was undercooked and under seasoned so I just stopped going. This is what it should taste like..great job to the cook.

My daughter placed an order for pick up and it was such a bad experience. First of all, they made us wait 30 min, past the estimated time that is stated on the email. Finally we got it, trusted the order was correct and went home. Opened and was about to serve when we saw our ranch and wings missing. Normally I don’t like to complain, but for that long of a wait I had to call and let them know. Called and they said that we can come back to pick up the items in 10 min. I gave it 15 min and went, they said to give them 5 min.. waited a few minutes, mind you there was no one coming in. I went up and they said a few more min.. in total 30 minutes AGAIN waiting in an empty restaurant where nothing was going on. Absolutely ridiculous and they when I asked the third time they were acting brand new like they weren’t aware I was there waiting for that same order. Never coming back again there’s way better Wingstop’s in the area don’t come here unless you have no life and can wait around for hours.

They don’t have any staff and have the slowest time to prepare any amount of food. Forgetful about orders. Food quality is edible at the very minimum. Have been here three times since opening and twice have i had a terrible experience.
