Short staff but we always are greeted with a smile and hot food. We are regulars. Every time we come Ari always holds a nice conversation , recommends new items , and keeps a smile on her face. I would recommend this place for tasty , hot food and a nice environment.

First off, the employees working tonight, July 27th, are some of the nicest employees I’ve ever come across! I truly mean that. However, the food sucked. I ordered a double roast beef and small fry. The fries were old and stale but edible. The double roast beef is literally the same size the value roast beef used to be. How is this $12??? This is a value sandwich. This is not a double anything. Some parts of the sandwich had one tiny layer of roast beef as there wasn’t enough to stack it on there or even fold it. I also ordered a side order of au jus to go with my roast beef sandwich and it was so old that it started to congeal. I hadn’t had Arby’s in several months and I was quite disappointed in the food and Arby’s used to be my favorite. Regardless of the food, the staff really was awesome.

I order mozzarella sticks and buffalo sliders for my family . The mozzarella sticks are delightful and the melty cheese in middle is my favorite. The buffalo slider was delicious. The tangy spice of the buffalo sauce is pleasant and coated well. The blue cheese sauce that’s on it adds a nice tangy touch too. I don’t eat at Arby’s because it out of my way, but this was delicious.

I had a classic roast beef and potato cakes and an orange cream shake. It was all fresh and wonderful. My sandwich had a lot of meat on it. The shake and potato cakes were also delicious. I bought a second classic to take home and it was good warmed up later. My truck wouldn’t start so I waited in the dining room for help to come. It was nice and clean and cool in there. The booth was comfortable, not worn out. The employees were super nice. I’m glad that I had such a nice place too wait since I waited for hours.

Went through the drive thru and didn’t mention I had coupon for my order; so, when I got to window and gave the male employee my coupon he said he could take it because I would have to tell him when I was ordering I was using coupon. My response can you cancel the order and re enter it with coupon he told me no so l refuse the order and left. This makes no sense to me bc when I left he still had to void the order. Very terrible customer service

The food quality is always good and they seem to keep their machines very clean. The people that work here are always pleasant as well. But they are extremely slow, sloth slow. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a fast food place be this slow. I put an online order in at like 8:08pm and it said it’d be ready by 8:16pm, well, it wasn’t ready until 8:39pm. And this isn’t a one time thing either, they are consistently slow, every single time I come here no matter if I order online or at the drive through/inside I know I’m gonna be waiting awhile.

I was really impressed when i ordered the new big game burger. It is exactly what it is called. Mix of beef, venison, and elk! What impressed me is when I ordered, they asked if i had time to wait because this burger was made fresh when ordered!!!
