Below, the specialty roll brings the drama. It’s generously dressed with a glossy drizzle of sauce and crowned with crisp fried onions that add both aroma and crunch. This is the kind of roll that understands contrast: creamy, crunchy, sweet, and savory all in one confident bite. The sauce is indulgent without drowning the sushi, letting the seafood and rice still speak for themselves.
The accompaniments—delicate curls of pickled ginger and a modest mound of wasabi—are thoughtfully portioned, inviting palate resets between bites. Nothing feels careless.
And then, the green tea. Warm, savory, and unmistakably authentic, it grounds the entire experience. There’s a gentle earthiness to it—clean, slightly grassy, and soothing—that pairs beautifully with the richness of the rolls. It doesn’t try to impress with sweetness; instead, it delivers that classic, comforting depth that true green tea lovers look for.
Overall, this is a satisfying and well-balanced sushi moment: visually inviting, texturally engaging, and anchored by a properly brewed cup of green tea that quietly elevates the meal. ✨
I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant! The food quality is excellent — the uni was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The Sushi Love Boat offered a great variety of sushi and sashimi, all beautifully presented. The beef ramen was rich and delicious, and the white tuna sashimi literally melted in my mouth. The restaurant also features unique and charming décor, creating a great dining atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely a place worth visiting!
It was up there with our favorite ramen spots and it was no frills, quick, and super yummy. No complaints from us
Husband loved his sushi, very fresh and flavorful. Sushi was the New year roll and The Dragon roll.
The gyoza was amazing as well
