Delicious muffins and fun flavors and I am a muffin person! The blueberry banana nut and banana chocolate chip muffins were out of this world. It’s a good thing they are a little bit of a drive or we’d be here every week!! All their baked goods looked great and their sandwiches are made fresh on the grill to order.

I truly love muffin house. I live states away and look forward to my visits when I’m in the area seeing family. The muffins and sandwiches have always been incredible. Even got a birthday cake from this location and it was amazing I highly recommend it. However the baristas are extremely slow, and some of the staff are so rude and/or they have no idea what they are doing. I went twice recently and the first time I asked for a hot white mocha and peppermint latte. The barista looked so confused. After about five minutes she tells me they don’t have the ingredients to make that. Another barista said they have peppermint though. I was looking directly at a bottle of white mocha sauce on top of the bar. Why couldn’t the white mocha sauce be mixed with the peppermint? The second time I went I called and kept it more simple. Small mocha with oat milk. The barista on the phone was so rude and short, I was told the drink was too confusing and needed to come inside instead. I was a barista for ten years, it’s not over complex but if you don’t have the personality or passion for it, you should not be working at a job like this. The staff needs a refreshing either in skill or replacement.

Got the Mediterranean toast, it was delicious!
Also got the French Vanilla coffee and it was a little too strong even though i asked for cream/half & half.
Customer service is not their strongest trait. Girls at the register act like they couldn’t care less whether the cafe runs well or not.

Some of the best blueberry muffins available anywhere! If you recall Jordan Marsh blueberry muffins, you’re in for a treat, this are spot on! We bought muffins for a trip to friends and had breakfast sandwiches while picking the muffins up. I had the western, it was excellent, the Mrs. Had a bagel sandwich, which was also approved! We bought other muffins besides the blueberry, which were also great, but I’m partial to the blueberry!

The food was excellent – i had a sausage egg and cheese on the multi grain toast, while my wife had the egg and avocado toast on multi grain toast. The ice coffee was great as well.
We had a likely outside breakfast at the table outside, watching the Saturday morning traffic go by.
The staff were quick and efficient, but not warm and welcoming. The transaction was rather stifling by the order taker’s indifference to the customers. Breakfast at a small town cafe should be warm and welcoming.
Perhaps it was just an off day. Will go back again another time and hopefully will have a better experience.

Great breakfast sandwiches that are highly customizable, good assortment of bakery, nicely sized drinks. Expect a bit of a line at popular hours but the food usually doesn’t take that long. Max visit time around 10 mins. For pickup. There’s not too much space to eat, and it’s usually busy so I recommend pickup.

The coffee, bagels, and muffins were excellent. Plenty of food selection. Customer Service was very helpful. The location is very convenient to Hopkinton. Enjoyed the experience.

I heard about this place from The Phantom Gourmet and heard a lot of good things. Normally based on my experience I take the Phantom’s reviews of a pinch of salt because I’ve been disappointed the last couple times with other places, but this place definitely lives up to its reputation. The bacon egg and cheese wrap and blueberry muffin I just got are some of the best I’ve ever had! Will definitely be going back possibly even today to try them for lunch.
Edit: went back for lunch and got the Thanksgiving Day wrap and Oh My God is it Amazing! Definitely have a new favorite place to go to and will be back as often as possible
