Ordered the soku dinner (kosher style) and very disappointed with my order. For $34 I only got 4 types of fish when they could’ve given me any combination of salmon, tuna, ikura, wild king salmon, fluke, red snapper, yellowtail, mackerel. They cheap out and this is not right…

A hidden gem in Great Neck, this Japanese fusion restaurant is well worth a visit. Vicky, our server, greeted us right away and provided excellent service. The ambiance is warm and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere.
Some standout dishes included the Kumamoto Oysters, the Sushi & Sashimi Party Tray, and the Angel Hair Roll. If you’re in the area, this is a great spot for either a casual meal or a business lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

We decided to try something new and ordered take out from SOKU for the first time tonight. It was delicious! We had a mix of sushi and Bento boxes and dumplings. Everything was packed so nicely and the food was fresh and very tasty. We will definitely be back!

Great food and service is always friendly. My family loves coming here. Their sushi is fresh and well presented. Kumamoto oysters here is my favorite. I like how there’s options for everyone.

This restaurant is in Great neck village and I’m not sure how long it’s been there but it’s probably been a while. I had a late lunch/early dinner meeting set up and the organizer chose this place. The service was insanely slow and strange as we sat at our booth upon arrival, and Noone came over for like 20 minutes to ask if we wanted a drink or anything! Was kind of bizarre as staff kept walking by our table…and we just sat there waiting patiently… Finally we said something and got some attention. The food itself was good. The decorative lattice between tables had layers of dust packed in the cutouts so that was kind of yucky.. The sushi guys were very nice.. Probably safe to say won’t be going there again…

Beautiful restaurant. The food is art. Atmosphere is cozy and intimate. Food is delicious and I met Ian the owner, whose attention to detail and genuine investment in your experience at his restaurant is very apparent. Loved it.

Food was decent but they didn’t provide any soy sauce on a sushi to go order. And only 1 chopstick. You’d think soy sauce is a basic think in all orders.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and had a delightful lunch. They have an open patio with roof which allows for a shaded outdoor dining experience. The menu is extensive for first timers but that means they have something for everyone. We did the lunch specials which lets you try plenty of small dishes. If there’s anything you must try its the fried rice and their sushi! Presentation of all the dishes were well thought out. I highly recommend!

First timers and not the last … Frim the moment we stepped inside(without a reservation) we enjoyed a fabulous experience. The host Ivan was a charmer. Obviously he loves his position, people and is proud of this restaurant. Our meal was one treat after another. Do not miss this new addition to Middle Neck Rd. Well priced. Top service and a happy staff.
