First of all, why aren’t there more people here? My husband and I hadn’t been in this area for years, and we stumbled upon Bangkok Station in the middle of the week. We looked at each other and said, “Let’s give it a try for lunch.” We’re true foodies, never afraid to explore a menu, so of course we ordered a variety of dishes and we were blown away.
When we first walked in, we were warmly greeted by the owner, and her staff was incredibly sweet. Their customer service made us feel instantly at home. Since it was lunchtime, we ordered from both the lunch specials and the regular menu.
Before the food arrived, we asked the owner what style of Thai cooking they specialize in. She explained that their recipes come from the middle region of Thailand, near Chonburi. Central Thai cuisine is known for its beautiful balance of flavors sweet, salty, spicy, and tangy all working together in harmony. The dishes often have aromatic herbs, rich coconut-based sauces, fresh vegetables, and layered spices, creating food that feels both comforting and vibrant. After tasting everything, we understood exactly what she meant. The flavors were bold yet balanced, fragrant without being overwhelming, and incredibly satisfying.
Here’s what we enjoyed:
Lunch Specials
• Pad Khee Mao (Drunken Noodles)
• Spicy Basil Sauce
• Pad Thai
Regular Menu
• Tom Yum Goong
• Masaman Curry
Dessert
• Banana Sticky Rice
Drink
• Thai Iced Tea
Every single dish—not just one—was exceptional. The balance of flavors from the central Thai style truly shines through: the brightness of the herbs, the warmth of the spices, the creaminess of the curries, and the freshness of the vegetables. You can taste the care and tradition in every bite. This restaurant deserves to be known and celebrated, and I’m sharing photos and videos so you can see exactly why.
We even asked if we could meet Chef Patrick to thank him personally, and he kindly came out to greet us. It was such a thoughtful moment and made the experience even more special.
Delicious food, warm hospitality, authentic Thai flavors, and a genuine family feel you simply can’t beat this place. We absolutely cannot wait to return!

Loved this restaurant! It’s cute and quaint with a lot of character. The staff and owner are friendly and gracious. There aren’t that many tables but we got lucky because we arrived just before dinner rush. The food was great. We ordered the curry puffs which was light and flaky. We also ordered the drunken noodles and the green curry, both of which were flavorful and filling. Highly recommend this spot!

We love their pad thai and we usually get it by delivery but we finally tried dining in today. Everyone in the restaurant was super friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was nice and it felt like home in a way. The food was delicious as usual. Will definitely keep ordering from here to try the rest of their food items.

First time here and it’s a cute little spot though it was extremely warm inside which altered my experience a bit, but the customer service was on point. So for the food itself I ordered the spring rolls (amazing) the tofu Thai basil (good but not saucy enough) the Thai basil rice I ordered without carrots and eggs but eggs were present (a bit disappointing because I repeated the order twice as did she) the replacement plate of rice quantity looked smaller than the first one not sure why. In any event the rice was good. They have got to get the air conditioner fixed otherwise I’ll either do take out or just come when the weather breaks.

Really delicious food. Great service, very friendly staff. Can tell its like home made. Only tip is if they can play Thai music vs American to really give the authentic Thai experience, otherwise highly recommend and will Def go back. Highly recommend the mango sticky rice and drunken noodles
