This is the second bad experience we’ve had at this Subway.
1. Put in an online order and it took well over 30 minutes for it to be fulfilled. They were fulfilling walk in orders.
2. This visit they did not provide the proper amount of drink cups (did not realize until getting home)
3. There was hardly any meat on one of the sandwitches.
Last time they got an order completely wrong.
Overall, unimpressed with this location.

1. So I’m told I get a footlong for $6.99 I have four days. I show up on the 4th day to get the footlong for $6.99 she said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Pfhh!

Clean, huge space, veges and food were fresh. They charge $2 extra for mozzarella cheese. Staff nice and friendly. I would give them 5 stars if they put more veges bc it was not much. I’m thinking the veges will probably go bad in a day or 2 so why not load out sandwiches w veges which don’t cost much. Otherwise I was happy with the food and service. Thank you!

The drive thru has a new order station where you type in your order on your own along with payment, it was confusing as I had a coupon and was paying cash. Took awhile for our order and they werent very busy. This new location take over from the old Starbucks location is ideal but has the same issues Starbucks had originally to cause them to move out. Not much parking space (employees have to park the next block over) & the drive thru line is very short and can back up 13th ave going out down 13th or into Washington st. The staff were friendly but slow. The inside was clean & smelled great.

Stopped by Wednesday after work and got a couple of sandwiches. Said I wanted MORE black olives. Literally only got 6 on my sandwiches. I don’t get any other veggies on my sandwich. Load it up!

The subs are weekly piled and are garbage for the price. Jimmy Johns here I come. The two top pictures below is what the advertise and the bottom picture is the crap they serve. I even asked for extra spinach because they tried to give 3 leaves the first time around.

This has to be the SLOWEST Subway I’ve experienced. The staff prioritizes drive thru orders and to go orders over delivery in-restaurant customers. When every customer is getting the “I’m sorry for your wait” spiel, you have to know your in-store processes are deficient. My family waited approx 30 minutes from walking-in to sitting down with sandwiches. The interior was clean and inviting and the food was ok; but the service is a huge detractor. I do not recommend.
