Very clean and nice place. The girl working had no problem helping me and didn’t mind my questions about the food. I’ve been looking for this one roasted pork dish and although it wasn’t exactly what I had it was pretty close.

Service was good very friendly people, but food didn’t have any flavor. Chicharron de pollo was not crispy at all, yuca was extremely greasy and oily with no flavor. Rice was okay. Pretty disappointing after how much the food cost! I won’t be back.

They never seem to be open. I was there 11 AM on a Friday door is locked. 3 PM on Saturday. Door is locked. It’s hard to serve food when you don’t let people in but thankfully rainbow is just down the street.

I don’t know, I went through to go pick something up and it was well passed when they were open. They never unlocked the door I went to the other door it was locked. I tried to call nobody answered, so to me.This is just all zeros it’s not my fault. I mean, if you are going to be open the open, if you have an emergency post it on the door do something route your call so that people can at least get ahold of you and you can tell them you’re not there but to just have the door closed locked nothing’s there. I don’t know what to say. Maybe somebody was robbing the place for all I know. But this is my rating of it

My favorite place for mofongo & pernil by far. I don’t know if their other food is good because when I come here I only want this

I think the food was good it was very tasty the pernil (spanish pork shoulder) was a bit fatty but what meat there was was really good. The person taking the order had a hard time understanding me a patron had to help me out but did eventually get it. I think their menu is a bit unclear and convoluted and could use some updating or clarification but other than that it works. It’s a humble little place you can eat at but it was clean I only wish they didn’t have such short hours at this current time it seems they’re only open two or three days and not on weekends. I plan on coming again maybe I’ll change my review if it’s better then otherwise it’s still a great place.

The service was great, very warm and friendly. Nice old school family business atmosphere. Was my first time visiting and sorry to say I was very disappointed with the food. Pastelillos were over cooked, had one with only a small spoon full of beef and was nothing but hard dough, rice and beans were under cooked and flavor overall with the food was fair. However the desert was very enjoyable. Sorry, that was my first and last time.
