Ordered a plate. I got exactly THREE (3) pieces of honey chicken and maybe half a scoop of orange. I would’ve rather been told they were out.

Food is good but the customer service is lacking. Twice now I have ordered egg rolls and both times been given spring rolls. If I want spring rolls, I would have order that. The first time I let it go as an easy mistake but apparently it’s a pattern.

I ordered on door dash and when it arrived, It seemed fine. It tasted good but later that night I had stomach pains that led into having to go to the bathroom every hour on the hour. I got no sleep and then I vomited 5 times. It tasted and smelled like what I ate from here. I believe this location gave me and my spouce food poisoning.

The manger here is extremely rude the first time he acted like that I ignored it but I can’t this time I watch him be extremely rude to his employees and customers. I don’t think I will eat here ever again. Which sucks because I love Panda Express. I was in line there was a group of blue collar men infront of me they got a bowl and asked for a little bit extra chicken. I thought that was a good idea because their orange chicken is delicious. I asked for extra the manager told me no. I said oh okay I can pay extra he then charged me for a plate when I only got a bowl. Today was the second time I seen something like this in line. His employee then apologize and handled it extremely professionally while the manager was still being rude this guy needs fired. Things are expensive and eating out should be a treat and special not miserable

I have come to this Panda numerous times and no issues which is why it gets a 2 star. Today I encountered a worker that was unacceptable. I believe her name was Charlie or Carlie. My order was half rice and half chow mein but I got half vegetables half chow mein. What is weird about this story is that Charlie originally served me through the drive thru and she was very friendly. It was until I went inside and asked for a side of fried rice and things got weird. I told them about the mistake and Charlie made a condescending unspoken face to her coworker. Ifelt like they both knew something I didn’t and were pranking me? I felt super uncomfortable because now I’m thinking did they intentionally do something wrong to my food? I asked her “is something wrong”. I received no sorry or explanation she just made me feel like I was an issue. What I experienced was just weird and clearly an attitude issue. Chow mein tasted good and the honey walnut shrimp was excellent!

Listen a wonderful place to go with your family or your children. You usually get enough to eat that you can take some home with you and have an additional meal later on that evening or the next morning. I highly recommend the Beijing beef and the sweet fire chicken mixed together with fried rice and their noodles
