My beef loin main is burnt and plain. When I just asked about changing it for something else they said no that food is good and hung up the phone on me and will not give me anything else for it. Didn’t ask for money just something else in replace of it. They just keep hanging up on me.

Been eating here for a long time and this was the only Chinese food restaurant I would eat from. But it seems as if the food is not as good as it used to be. Also it seems as if the older female at the counter is no longer able to mask the hate she has for our people and her attitude stinks! I always spend $25 or more and I always give them a friendly attitude and would like that in return. I called in an order and when I arrived I really needed to use the restroom bad. I went to the restroom and the door was locked so I went to the counter to ask to use the restroom. The older lady at the counter gave me attitude and said the restroom was for paying customers only. I told her I called in an order. She did not apologize or change her attitude so therefore I will not spend my money at this establishment anymore. They just lost a “paying customer “ I will not spend my money where I am not respected or liked!
