Amazing!! Highly recommend. The staff here are all wonderful! Our server Wesley and our sushi chef Mango were absolutely extraordinary. Above and beyond to service and detail. The food was so fresh with incredible flavors. Also, Happy Hour is available in the entire restaurant from 5-6:30. Recommend sitting at the sushi bar for an amazing experience with the chefs. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our experience at Uchiko. We came for a visit to Miami from out of town and ended up coming for dinner here twice. The quality and service are impeccable. Wesley our server was phenomenal. Give him a raise! On our first night we enjoyed the omakase course for 2. On our second night, our favorite bites were the bluefin tuna makimono, albacore tuna nigiri, dumplings, and hamachi collar. In our opinion everything is worth a try on their curated menu! When we are back in Miami, this will definitely be our go to spot for dinner and drinks. Uchiko is the best! The food is delicious. Every single food item was soo good but my favorite is the tuna tataki. We also had the nabe, the delicious tempura cod, edamame, a salmon roll, the hama chilli, and this other melon dish on a bowl that was so creamy and soft but so good. The deserts were also delicious. I went with a friend and had the sundae and the cheesecake and they were both very unique and tasty. The drinks are also great. My favorite was the lychee martini. The ambiance and the service is great also. Bianca, our server was amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The chefs at the sushi bar were also very nice and funny. Moises and Mango were great. Can’t wait to go back again!!!

Just finished having a lovely meal and experience with some girlfriends. Our server Bianca took incredible care of us. helped me pick out a nigiri flight with incredible fish. Every dish that the girls and I had was delicious and the experience was just lovely!.
I have a gluten allergy and they made sure all the dishes were gluten-free and secured me of that. They also mentioned Kosher availability.
Definitely try dessert!

Flawless and phenomenal. Highlights were the Madai crudo, chef choice nigiri – even the rice was unctuous and the fish was highest quality perfection- Denver steak- and best dessert I’ve ever had – smores, which was some type of chocolate roll with ganache inside and light and slightly crisp marshmallow cream topping – this was ridiculously good. Service was outstanding. – you can tell that Chef Joe and his team strive for perfection and aim to deliver next level flavor with knowledge and execution. Service staff is absolutely on point as well. I wish I could eat here every day! Chef even let us sample the wagyu which should absolutely be part of your meal here!

Wesley went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience on our first time visit to Uchiko. We were having such a bad day because our hotel lost my husband’s new suit that we just bought before coming to Miami which he needed for meeting clients that night and Wesley really empathized with us and really tried to make us feel better about the whole situation. After chatting, he walked us through the menu and we ended up ordering the omakase for 2 off the happy hour menu with a side of broccolini and a5 Wagyu crispy rice. He even threw in 2 extra pieces of sushi and the papaya mascarpone cheese cake to celebrate our anniversary with us and both of those were our favorite parts of dinner! He honestly made our entire trip so much better and we appreciated all the effort he put into making our experience amazing. We will definitely be coming back just for him and that mascarpone cheesecake! All the staff were extremely nice and kept wishing us a happy anniversary, they made us feel so welcomed and we can’t wait to be back.

Thank you Wesley for your hospitality and making us feel so much better, I was literally tearing from your kindness. You’re a ray of sunshine that made what would’ve been a bitter day end with the sweetest note and we haven’t been able to stop talking about our great experience with you since we left the restaurant We appreciated everything you did to make our night better. Such an incredible experience. Food was insanely good. We went for happy hour from 5 to 630 and were able to do their nine course chefs tasting for $120 for two people which is an amazing deal. The service was incredible and we will definitely be back. Chef Esteban was so interactive and helpful and made the best food for us. Our waiter, Wes, was also so kind and attentive. 100/10 experience.

Nice place! Definitely a good overall vibe and atmosphere, staff and service.

Pretty strong overall sushi list. If you put in a large a la carte order at the sushi bar, you’ll get several “flights” of a few pieces at a time. Nicely prepared nigiri; very flavorful, with just the right proportions and garnish, adding a complementary flavor without being overpowering. Short rib is a bit non-traditional but really good. Also worth noting, some really good edamame – bit of a unique twist of flavor I haven’t had before.

Overall worth a shout! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Uchiko was already going to be special… but Wesley turned it into a full-blown experience. From the second we sat down, he made us feel like VIPs on our very first visit. He walked us through the menu with total confidence, nailed the kosher-style guidance without us even having to over-explain, and somehow anticipated exactly what we’d love. Every recommendation hit. The crispy rice? Unreal. The flavors were layered, balanced, and addictive. And yes — I ordered three rounds of edamame, zero shame, because everything just kept getting better.

And then the cereal and milk dessert… I don’t even have words. It was playful, nostalgic, elevated — the kind of dish you think about the next day. Wesley paced everything perfectly, checked in at just the right moments, and made the night feel personal and celebratory without being overbearing. Service like that is rare. Uchiko is phenomenal, but Wesley is the reason we’ll be back — and requesting him every single time. Absolute star

I was referred to Uchiko Miami Beach by a bartender at Sweet Liberty, who told me to sit at the bar and get ready for the most amazing sushi of my life — and wow, that was an understatement.

I went on September 20th, sat at the bar (there were two male bartenders and a lovely female server who took care of me), and ordered the “somakase.” From start to finish, it was pure magic. My server guided me through an incredible progression of dishes — each one more beautiful and delicious than the last. The flavors, presentation, and quality were absolutely next-level.

Every bite was a perfect balance of creativity and craftsmanship — you can taste the care and precision in everything they do. The team behind the bar made the whole experience warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.

This was hands down the best sushi experience of my life and easily one of my top dining experiences ever. I’m already planning my next visit and can’t wait to bring friends so they can experience it too.

Uchiko absolutely blew me away — if you love sushi or just appreciate exceptional food and hospitality, this is a must.
