I have driving past this business while in town visiting family. I finally got a chance to visit and order a drink. I tried the snickerdoodle latte and it was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. I will definitely return when in town visiting family.

I recently visited Santos Coffee despite having seen some mixed reviews online, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The coffee was fantastic we ordered a café caramel and a maple latte, both of which were delicious. The staff was kind enough to adjust the sweetness of my drink, which I really appreciated.

The food was a pleasant surprise as well. I’m a big fan of crepes, and I didn’t realize Santos offered them. They turned out to be excellent, and I also tried the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, which was fresh and tasted good with their sauce. Even though the wait times were a little longer than what I’m used to at places like Starbucks, I found out that their food is made to order, which explained the quality and time.

The staff was friendly, and the space was bright and welcoming, with lots of natural light and greenery. Overall, I’d rate my experience a 10/10, and I think this place deserves more attention for the quality they offer. Definitely worth a visit! Also they are locally owned!

The brunette chick with glasses in a Pierce the Veil tee was sitting cross-legged on top of the counter where the food is prepped. Pretty sure that’s gotta break some kinda health code. She didn’t even get down when she asked what I wanted. Literally sat there on her rear (which was pressing up against the counter unsanitarily) and ambivalently asked for my order. The two other girls with her on their phones didn’t even look up or acknowledge my existence.

The rice in the savory bowl I got was undercooked and crunchy. How hard is it to cook rice? That’s like “burning water.”

The bathrooms were dirty and the floors were caked in grime. I wish I’d gotten a photo of the window. There were huge white streaks all down it outside like an albatross had all over the side of the restaurant from above.

It was just a super unpleasant experience all around. And for $20 after a small tip? Nah. It was the 3rd, and final, time I’ve been there. The first 2 weren’t the best, but they got progressively worse, so it’ll be the last.

Overall it was okay. The bad part is that everything pictured (2 drinks, 2 breakfast sandwiches) was $40!!! (Not including tip). Coffee was good, but not any better than Starbucks or Dunkin. Service was slow- can’t believe we spent over $40 on this.

The girl with straight hair was not only sitting on the counter, but her legs were crossed with her shoes on the counter that they prep food on. We are on a road trip just passing through, but is this lack of food safety normal for Alabama?? The speciality coffee was good, but the drip coffee was definitely a skip. All the strawberry cake was was overpriced, overcooked box cake with tub frosting on it. If youre on a road trip and have to charge your car, kill time somewhere else

Ordered regular coffee and room temperature. Had to wait while they need more coffee and it tasted worse than Folgers for 10x the price

Went through the drive through today and ordered a small smoothie and a small frozen cappuccino. All of the menu prices had been covered up on the drive through menu. My 2 small drink order ended up being over $16! Not only that, but we ended up throwing both of our drinks away because the ice was not blended at all, and in huge chunks that wouldn’t even fit through the straws. The drinks were watered down with little flavor. I have been here many times and the drinks have never been so expensive nor so poorly made. I won’t be back!

I went here on a rainy Sunday afternoon at almost 2 pm. I asked for a decaf hot mocha, medium. The wait was about 10 minutes from ordering to getting my drink, which is ok, I know they make it to order and the car in front had 4 beverages. The issue is that my “mocha” did not taste like coffee or chocolate and it was much closer to room temp than hot. It was semi warm milk with a slight carmely taste. Maybe the barista was having a bad day?!? But…for $6.06 plus tip I was exceedingly dissatisfied.

1st time customer here, and it was pretty good. I ordered the Cafe Caramel & Ham, Egg & Cheese Croussant. The service was pleasant, and I enjoyed the food more than panera.
