The location is well maintained compared to other campus locations and appears to handle a high volume of customers efficiently. Despite being busy, my sandwich meal was prepared and served within 10 minutes. Supervisor Jovenca did an excellent job managing the operation and ensuring smooth service. Will definitely visit again.

i just took down a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, medium waffle fries, and a diet coke and my god yall did ur big one today. even with the excessive flow of customers they managed to get me right in a decent timely manner. the diet coke was unimaginably crisp, the pickles added the perfect balance of acidity to the spicy chicken sandwich, and the fries were perfectly salted and paired well with the crispness of the diet coke. overall i was deadass so pleased.

Went here the other day, incredible staff, food was hot and tasted just like my home Chick-Fil-A. I couldn’t figure out how to order on the self-service kiosk so the supervisor came out and helped me, super nice guy. Friendly staff the whole way through, definitely will come here again.

terrible experience every single time i go. One time got uncooked chicken. And recently have been going since they opened up for breakfast and ruins my morning every single time. The supervisor YELLED at me over her misunderstanding and still didnt correct my order. Also went last week and ordered at 1015 and they werent able to fufill and order and were taking forever to refund orders. This is unnaceptable.

The worst service I’ve ever had at a Chick-Fil-A. I ordered a tea on a kiosk in store (required). There was no option to add lemon. The store was not busy, so when I was handed my drink I asked for lemon or a shot of lemonade. Server just said “no”. Just “no”. When I asked why, I was told “because you didn’t order it that way” A manager came over (!) and reinforced server’s answer. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so started to leave and they kept talking. I was told I should have ordered a “Sunjoy” It was nuts! They were very insistent that I did it wrong and clearly needed to suffer the consequences!

Chick-fil-A should be embarrassed that this location has its name. The staff was rude and the customer service was far from the chick-fil-a standard. Today, we ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and after we received our food and sat down, we noticed they gave us a spicy sandwich instead of a regular. We went to ask them to correct the order and they accused us of not ordering at all. They asked for our name and then stated that they never called that name out. Then asked again if we had ordered. She looked back in the orders and stated that no one with that name has ordered. She asked us again if we really actually ordered food. They even made us go to the cashier that we ordered from and have him confirm that we indeed ordered food. After that was all done, they did not even apologize for messing up the order. A customer should never have to go through all that trouble for something that the restaurant had messed up. The Seminole dining team needs to realize that they are serving not only students but also university staff, which one of us is.
