The food was just ok at best. What you see in this pic cost us $42.43. This included a small $3 tip for putting our food in a bowl. I don’t understand why fast food restaurants have started asking for gratuities when they don’t even bring your food to the table. They have only one “all gender” restroom (not a fan). There were people waiting to get in the restroom. I wish this establishment the best, but I’m not sure if it will be successful with the prices and the facilities.

The taste of the food was alright, but they are very stingy with their portions. I ordered the tacos and there were two tiny pieces of lettuce and chicken in the tacos. My husband ordered a burrito with double protein and barely got half a scoop of normal protein and mostly filled it up with just rice.
Not sure if they’re stingy on portions due to just opening and likely being more busy, but that’s not a way to get customers to come back.

Believe the reviews. Our first time eating at Qdoba. Very very sub par. For $20 less we could have gone 5 minutes further the other direction and had Chipotle. Less $ and much better food (quality and portions) there. Do not waste the 15 minutes waiting in line for essentially freezer meal quality mexican food. Service was about what you’d expect. Restraunt was cleanish. Just not worth the time, certainly not worth the $. Go other places.

We ordered for carryout. Some of our items didn’t have any toppings, just meat and shell. The receipt on the bag had a list of everything I asked for yet the actual items didn’t make onto the tacos. None of the sauces we ordered were in our bag. We spent almost $80. You’d think we would get all we ordered. What we got tasted great and everything seemed good quality. I must add that you cannot submit anything to guest relations about the order because the Metro and Store Location doesn’t have Danville location listed.

As someone who has had Qdoba a fair amount of time either in Elizabethtown and Lexington. I have gotten accustomed to the portion of food for the value. Unfortunately this qdoba (granted it is a soft open) needs to have bigger portions. I got the “create my own bowl” and the bowl was half full. For almost $17 I would expect a bigger portion.
Hopefully the portions get a little bigger to equal the value.

Place looked great, clean. Emplouees were engaged and professional. The food was sub standard, not close to edible.
My fault, I confused qudoba, with chipotle which is barely edible.
Do NOT make the mistake of trying this place.
Food is expensive, and it is low grade garbage.
With all the actual Mexican food places and food trucks, thus place had no purpose other than to waste money.
This place proves, no matter how good a place looks, it wont change that the product sucks.

I could not wait to go here and have lunch with my family, but I was a little bit disappointed in a few things. One being the fact that I Ordered the three cheese nachos with chicken, And whenever she put my chips in the bag, She maybe Filled 1/4 of the bag up, So obviously, I ran out of chips to eat my meal with so my husband walked back up and asked to get More chips and they charged him almost 3 dollars, and they didn’t even fill that bag all the way up either. Every other QDOBA that I have ever been to Whether you get nachos or you get queso or guacamole, the chips are filled up almost all the way to the top of the bag, and then the fact that my meal needed chips and she barely gave me any & then charged us another three dollars so I could finish my meal is just beyond me. I mean the cost of our meal with two kids meals & Two adult meals was almost $50 so I feel like the least they could do is fill the bag all the way up to the top with chips when you’re entrée requires them.

I almost didn’t come due to the poor reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff and good food. Plenty of workers so the wait wasn’t bad. The only thing that could use improvement is the cleanliness, but they were busy and it wasn’t horrible.
