I ordered pick up on Uber eats. I got two carnitas bowls and one chicken. Here is the list of problems
1) UNREAL, RIDICULOUSLY, SMALL AND CHEAP portion sizes.
2) they forgot my fajita veggies on ALL bowls. ITS ONLY 8-10 ingredients!! That’s only 87% of the ingredients, accounting for it being half the size I’m getting only 43% of what I paid for!! I paid full price plus Uber fees.
3) The rice was crunchy, VERY UNDERCOOKED!
4) The beans were hard? How does that even happen? I mean not even mad just confused…
5) I was trying to show my gf how dry the carnitas was after my 3rd bite but I couldn’t find another piece of protein…
I feel bad leaving a bad review because walk ins are a completely different story, no complaints really. I would suggest NEVER placing an order online.

Out of everything all the time. Out of white rice every single time. They skimp on the portions so bad for burritos but then load up the bowls with so much ingredients….. makes me think they don’t know how to roll a burrito.
I will avoid this location moving forward. They had me wait 20 min for white rice and then tried to give me a teaspoon of rice in my burrito. I had to ask 3 times for more for a normal portion of rice and beans.

Has really good food. An experience for your taste buds. This time I had an Carne Asada bowl, this was so good I had no need to add hot sauce to it. The taste was there on the first bite, and then after a couple bites a gentle spicy taste that kept me want more. A good place to eat.

My husband and I love chipotle but this location disappoints us every time.. most of the food is very low or empty every time we come and we are left with the scraps or waiting 10+ minutes for several items to be refilled. Tonight our food was so awful and skimpy I had to leave a review which I rarely ever do. I know young people work here so I try to be patient and understanding but the same issues keep happening every time. Sad that this location so close to us is just not great

First and last time. Only reason we came here was to use a gift card. Pricy bowls, cold food(the cheese ain’t even melted man), crunchy rice, poor drive thru efficiency. Workers look frazzled and overworked. Cafe Rio is so much better

The carne asada they have advertised all over the store was so chewy I couldn’t swallow it. Couldn’t even rip it apart holding it with my teeth and pulling with my hands. No idea how people choose chipotle over cafe Rio. The line moves half the speed here, and the portions are smaller.

I used to love this place but now its so messy, they never have any ingredients and its all boys all the time,, they look lost and they never have steak, just chicken, all other kind of meat is always missing. very disappointing. they don’t even realize until we ask and they always say they will do after the chicken. its been 4 times that happened.

I come here often to place big orders for my office and every time without fail the staff is always attentive and makes sure everything gets taken care of in a speedy manner. Sandra is also so amazing!!! Every time we come she always has a smile on her face and takes care of us so well!! We love this location and always pick this one over the others in the area
