Horrible customer service, will never order from this location again. Pizza way late, I could see on the app the delivery driver was just sitting still on a side street for over 15 minutes. I called store to inquire, also like hey is your delivery guy ok?, person on the phone was so rude, said ‘just be patient he’ll get to you’ and hung up on me. Then I see the driver start moving on the app but driving AWAY from my house. Finally made his way to our house and pizza was delivered an hour later. No explanation, zero accountability on the part of the store or the driver. Very disappointing.

I usually visit this location around 8:00pm or after, and everything always tastes fresh and is ready on time, or if not, very shortly after the estimated pick-up time. I’ve personally found this Domino’s to serve better tasting pizzas than other locations in the area. And, the staff is always very friendly and polite!

Nathan is an amazing employee with exceptional customer service. I placed an order last night with a newer employee who said my order would be ready at 10am today for a work event. I arrived to find out the store wouldn’t open until 10.30am. However Nathan was present opening up and helped accommodate the order as soon as possible. He needs a promotion!

Ey, thanks for being what we expected! Cheap pizzas, cheap cheesy breads, cheap service. Thanks for always getting our orders right. My husband is allergic to dairy. It is super scary. Y’all have yet to sneak a little butter in a no-cheese pizza. Our daughter loves pizza, so we have been getting more lately. We spend $20 a week and feed the family here. The other takeout options are no less than $70 to feed us. Can’t beat a pizza

I used to come to this Dominos for the staff and the cleanliness however, my last experience was aweful.
The assistant manager; his name is Doug; thought he can treat customers bad even after getting their order wrong.
First, my order was ready for 15 minutes and they never bothered to to hand it over, and then he told me if you see us busy you can just ask for it..well I did, otherwise it could have been waiting there forever. Also, the staff usually ask all customers when they enter the store if they are picking up, but seems that there is no “consistency” in customer service.
Then, turns out they made the wrong pizza, Doug literally told me in the face I am not gonna return your money and ran inside and never came back. I asked for the manager but the staff wouldn’t connect me or share the contact info.
I told them I gonna call the police and only then he showed up to tell me again “I am not returning your money”.
While its sad in a way how can an owner trust this person with potential repeat business, I am leaving this review for others since calling the police was not serious enough to make an impact.
