My husband and I each got a wrap and fries. We’re healthy eaters and both had a full half sandwich plus to take with us for dinner. Staff was friendly and great. Felt like a family atmosphere. The decor and conversations were fitting for us. We’re here for a couple days and wanted to check out a few local places but I think we’re good with this place for our other meals out.

We were intrigued by this little diner as we were picking out where to stop and eat for our day trip to Clear Lake. The food was so delicious (and we were so pleased with the fair prices) that we were still raving about it hours later! Exceptionally kind staff.

When we get into the little restaurant all you can feel is the locals who eat there often just stare with judgement. When we sit down the table and chairs were sticky. So we sit at a different table which was also sticky. At this point we decided this place felt gross. So we decided to get our order to go. When we order we get a breakfast burrito and a steak breakfast. The bottom of the burrito was just soggy and the hash browns a flavorless mush of potato’s. We ordered a medium rare steak which ended up being very well done and no seasoning. It also had a weird smell. Something we noticed as well was the one cook they had back there cooking everything wasn’t wearing gloves and was touching all the food he was preparing with his bare hands. I wouldn’t come back here again. This place lacks food safety and flavor to their food. The waitress was friendly and helpful providing to go cups for our drinks and keeping a smile and great attitude for customers I rate this place a 3/10 .

If you are in the area and want some good food this is a must stop. The service is excellent and the dishes are always good. Good place to talk to the locals as well and see what is going on.

Really cool small town place. Good food and some conversation. You’re not in the big city there and it feels good. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re up that way.

I am going to say this has got to be the best breakfast place. I have been at the owner’s Carol and Dan are amazing people and Dan is one heck of a cook. Let me tell you I will be going back. If you are ever in the Lyons, Oregon area, I definitely suggest you try this place out.

Great service, excellent food, but I haven’t drank out of their water cups in the last 6 times I’ve come here. They all have yucky stuff growing on the bottom ridges. I understand they wash everything by hand but they need a cup brush. Also most restaurants use bleach water to clean surfaces. They use Fantastic disinfectant which needs to sit for 5 minutes to do anything and they just spray and go. Also they should be using dish sanitizer or they could be shut down.

Great place to fill up for the day with food that will stick with you through your days activities. We took a family of 7 here for breakfast and every day the food was delicious and served quick. Down home feel with regulars coming in that all know each other by name. Large portions cooked to perfection. My kids asked if we could eat here every day we were here and we were happy to say yes.
