I ordered for pickup through Uber eats tonight Feb 6. 40 minutes to close but I was there to pick up quick. The bread on our subs is noticeabley old. Not sure if the night shift just didnt want to make mew bread due to low traffic but…I worked at Jimmy johns and you have to make fresh bread every so often regardless. No mayo packets in the bag like I put in the instructions but thats manageable lol…missing out on jimmy johns amazing bread flavor and texture isnt

Previous:They just opened so they are probably working out the kinks, but i ordered the veggie and they forgot the cucumbers, which is the base of the sandwich. It tasted good otherwise.

I hadn’t been to this location, and my husband asked me to pick up lunch here. This place is well-staffed with competent men who get the job done fast and don’t sacrifice quality. Whoever manages this place deserves a fist bump. The roast beef sandwich with horseradish gave me life. Thank you for getting the order correct as I am super picky, worse than a preschooler.

Wow, this location is something else.
Been to many Jimmy John’s over my years in many different states but this store is something special. Store apparently is brand new but operates like a well oiled machine from what I could see. I was greated by one of the guys in charge I believe his name was quinston or something close to that. He suggested his favorite sandwhich which had salami and cappacola (not even sure what that is) and it was delicious AND it was handed to me before my payment was even approved. I’ve been coming to Jimmy John’s for years and only got the same thing and never had thought to try something new and I’m so glad he made that recommendation and convinced me to try their fudge brownies which I don’t know if they make from scratch or not but WOW delicious. To add on to this novel of a review, no one has ever really asked me about using their app to get rewards or explaining the benefits of it and since my visit a few weeks ago when the gentleman recommended me download it, I’ve already gotten so many free items.
Love Jimmy John’s but I will continue to commute to this location over the cocoa one because of the service and quality (even if the store itself is alittle small for dine in)

My husband and I went through the drive through to grab a couple of sandwiches for lunch. My husband who has a slight speech impediment, was deciding between 2 options when unbeknownst to the staff their mics were on and they began to imitate my husband’s speech pattern. Additionally, when my husband said, “are you making fun of me?” The staff responded by laughing hysterically. My husband and I left immediately and I have never been so upset or disappointed. How embarrassing for your staff and company to allow them to belittle and make fun of their patrons. Shame on Jimmy John’s.

Skimpy amount of meat on the regular size sub . Like 3 slices of roast beef for a near 10 dollar sandwich. Not even remotely happy with the portion size . I remember when you could get a footlong at subway with 3 times the meat for 5 dollars . Shame that companies only concern nowadays is railing their customers to increase profit margins . Was excited to have a new place open up right near my apartment but won’t be back .

We visited on 11/7/25 for lunch. Quentin and the rest of the staff were so friendly and inviting. We had a giftcard and they were very patient. Food was good and the area was clean.
