This was my first time eating here. The food definitely did not disappoint. We ordered chicken sandwich combo with fries, 3 piece tenders combo with Bo Rounds, and a 3 piece dinner with dirty rice and green beans. Plus all meals come with a biscuit except the chicken sandwich combo. Everything tasted great! I will definitely be back to try breakfast that they make all day! Also customer service was excellent, I forgot his name on front counter but he was exceptional; very nice & informative about menu. Food was so good I forgot to take pics!

The biscuits were really good, the chicken delicious! Fries were pretty good too but I would have liked them more if they were hot. If You haven’t tried this place then you are truly missing out. 🙂 People were very sweet and attentive.

Thank you for coming to Monroe. It’s nice to have another choice for chicken. The most popular choice here claims to marinate for a long time, but in what? Water? Air? Your chicken has zing, flavor! It’s real and good. The biscuits are hot and fluffy. The fries are salty but not just for the sake of saltiness. The lady running the window was killing it. It was opening day, and things were flowing g flawlessly. Kudos!

Honestly im not really sure the experience can be fixed or redeemed. We placed an online order and waited well over an hour and well over 45 minutes after the order said it was ready. Inside the store was closed so we couldn’t go in and ask about it after the person at the window told us to pull forward at the window and sitting there another 30 minutes we motioned for the worker to come to the door because we were sick of waiting he came to the door and acted confused so he got im assuming the manager to come to the door Courtney is the name she gave us when asked she was extremely rude and had an attitude with us for asking how much longer it would be mind you we had been waiting well over an hour and a half at this point.

Came in on Valentines day. The cashier was very nice & friendly. She gave us a couple of heart shaped biscuits with icing on our visit. Which was very nice. Food was hot & fast as expected. I definitely recommend this place.

This was my first time eating at Bojangles. The signs are everywhere around Monroe so you can’t miss it! At work today, my coworkers and I were talking about it and so my fiance and I ate here this evening. He was drawn for the bo-berry biscuits. I want to try the sausage gravy next time we come. We were the only ones in the dining room besides a random homeless woman, who was told to leave during the time we were there…
Service was good! New employees still learning the POS system. They dropped fresh fries in the fryer for us. We also got an unexpected surprise of complimentary mashed potatoes and gravy. The cashier brought our order to the table. The tables were all clean. I tried their sweet tea and it tasted fresh and cold. Your option for combo sides are either fries or one of their “fixin’s”. I appreciate that there was no upcharge for a “premium” side
Overall, I’d eat here again. It was reasonably priced. Good job! Let’s hope the citizens of Monroe can keep it clean.

My wife’s experience here was deeply disappointing, primarily due to the actions of the manager. The lack of integrity and accountability displayed was truly shocking. Avoid this place.
