I ordered Charley’s around 2 pm and the young lady who took my order was very rude and disrespectfully on a phone call throughout the process of taking my order. I saw the manager come to the front and he didn’t even say anything to her. Very unprofessional, what a disappointment.

Super over priced! $20 for a large combo. The sandwich portion was ok but needs more cheese.The size fries in the $20 combo was too small. For $20, they need to up size the fries! The ketchup jar was out of ketchup. I understand they were closing but if you see a customer keep pumping the ketchup the jar and nothing come out, please refill it.

The food is good but I don’t think 2 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks should cost $31 that’s highway robbery. The world shutting down for a year means everyone suffered not just businesses. Donating 10 cents for every meal is a slap in the face, and anyone who buys more than $30 worth of food is charged $1 for a cup of courtesy water and $1.50 for the larger cup of courtesy water. This is one of the biggest problems in this country and businesses!!! This is the American dream and capitalism at its best!!!

The food is amazing, especially for it’s price and speed! You get to watch the employees cook it right in front of you, so it’s always fresh and hot. Amazing Philly Cheese steaks, and other things too, like buffalo chicken sandwiches. Highly Recommend

I wanna get the bad stuff out the way first. So the prices here are a bit more than most sub sandwich places, but boy is it worth it! I’ve been coming to this place for years. I wish there were more locations. I moved out of Gurnee and one of the places I miss is Charley’s. The food is always fresh and very flavorful. The subs are stuffed with meat. This isn’t your typical sub place. So if you like hot fresh good food. This place is worth checking out. It’s one of the few places that the food looks like the pictures.

The older guy that works there is super rude, not sure if he is the manager. I ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak combo 2 days in the row, second day I come back he tries to charge me more. I tell him I want my fries large he says it’s only 1 size that comes with the combo, in addition I’m a mall employee and mall employees get 10% discount at food court, he says he works there 7 days a week and he doesn’t give discounts when he is on the register. The young lady working yesterday saw me in uniform and automatically gave me the discount. Yesterday I paid $13 and some change today he tried to charge me almost $17 for the exact same meal. I politely declined and walked off. That guy needs to be replaced he has no customer service skills whatsoever and a staring problem! I love Charlie’s Cheese Steaks some people are just bad for business and as long as he is there I will never go back!
