Under new management…first impression is the place smells like a smoke shop. The Incense was rather over whelming to dine in. Only people in there and it took almost 15 minutes to throw 2 subs together. Cashier brought our food to the table and smelled like Body Oder so bad the smell lingered for a good minute. I won’t be returning to this place. Call me a Karen but obviously cleanliness of employees is not a priority and they try to cover the smell quite well.

The service is usually okay, but ever since this place has gotten new management, it’s gone to be somewhat worse. The worst thing is that they don’t speak much English, and they have accents, which makes it hard to understand them at times.
This place is usually clean though and the food is usually good for the most part. The cheese curds are always hot when I get them and crispy. So… it’s not terrible, but it could use some improvement. Communication between the people that work their could be better. There’s only 2 people working there right now, it seems like.
When they play the music, it’s either too loud or it just randomly stops. I don’t know if they’re doing that, but it does get annoying after a while. Half of the time the music they play doesn’t make sense.
I’ll be make sure to try and update this in a few months to see if things have improved or if management will step up and do something. You know?

Good cheese curds. That’s all that’s good about my order I had though. The bread was over baked and very very hard, dark in color as well I have pictures I’ll be posting shortly. I hope I’m contacted because i probably won’t be going back to this location. Also the bread that was on the Turkey breast was cut on both ends. Probably hiding the fact the end was burned even worse.

Worst sub sandwiches we’ve ever had. Bread was stale and fell apart. This is all the leftover bread I had because there was hardly any filling in the sandwich. My kids wouldn’t even eat theirs because it was so bad… Fries were raw. All three of our sandwiches were the same poor quality. Not worth our $43.

horrible service under new management. Made my order sub a cheese fries. I assume the owner came and asked me if I asked for cheese fries and I said yes they put my order in for regular fries and not cheese whatever. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THERE MISTAKE. Won’t be going there again.

The subs have improved recently but it’s irritating that I can’t ever order online at this location. It always states “your order can not be prepared before close”. Your hours say you’re open until 8pm, it’s 5pm, you can’t prepare (2) 15″ subs in that time??? This has happened every time I try to order pick up in the last year.
