Some co-workers and I were very intrigued by the details we had seen online for this business and we were making plans to go on the weekend AFTER dealing with 314 kids at school. So we, printed off a menu, I tried to call the number online that SAID- “OPEN” after numerous attempts of not reaching anyone & no voicemail setup- thinking they may be busy. I decided to drive there and found it inside a corner store, when I walked in and seen the Corner closed off and like under renovation – asked the owner and he stated “She’s been GONE for over 3 years!!!!!!! ” I told him, I just looked the details earlier that week and so far from what I seen- it was still open and even showed him the details from GPS and online.
Welp…. Judy’s cafe I went and spent $45 for 3 meals. Ma’am can you reach out to whomever it is to scrub your details off the Internet- we’d really appreciate it. Happy Holidays

It’s like going to your Auntie’s house to get a plate of a home cooked meal.
I just so happened to stumble upon this place one Saturday morning and I’ve been in love ever since. It’s real food, no “fast food”. Calandra cook everything fresh. I know because I’ve sat and watched her. So far I’ve had breakfast and lunch. Both hit the spot. Left no crumbs.

The catfish and fried okra were delicious & Ms. Calandra is so kind. It takes a minute to get your food because she cooks fresh to order. Also easy to miss if you’re not from the area, but don’t give up! It’s worth it.

My mom placed an order through the Toast app for 2 catfish dinners today at 3:01pm. We were originally notified that the food would be ready to pick up at 3:16pm. We headed to the location provided which was a convenient store and was not her location. She called my mom and told her that was her old location and gave a new location which is her home. She also told us the new pick time is 3:30. In the app it shows that the order was completed. We were outside the woman’s house until 4:15pm and we still hadn’t received the order. When we called her number she wouldn’t answer. We ended up requesting a refund and won’t order from her anymore. We just moved to Dallas and if the food was good and on time she would’ve had new customers.

Fake website. I can’t believe I drove to Duncanville TX only to find a beer and wine store. It should be against the law to have a website of a business that is no longer there.

This is a new place inside a convenience store. The burgers are homemade ,and the catfish was delicious. I would have given 5 stars, but there was one little problem that I discussed with the owner,which she agreed with and promised to fix. I haven’t tried the soul food yet, but what I have tried was good.

Finally writing a review after trying multiple items on the list. But the neck bones, greens an purple hurl peas made me write this review. Everything was good an hot. Glad to be to get a hot meal during lunch.
