I went to Starbucks a few weeks ago with my wonderful boss, Shuff Mauldin, State Farm. We were having a meeting about work and some personal things too as he is also my friend. It was nice and quiet and we got to chat for about 30 minutes And it was a very nice atmosphere! A great place for a meeting! Shuff bought me a delicious Mocha Cappuccino And it was delicious! It’s a very nice Starbucks and I would highly recommend it, whether you just want something good to eat or drink or you want to have a meeting with your boss/friend! It’s also close to Shuff’s office at 5th and 13th St. So thank you Starbucks for providing a great atmosphere and a great coffee drink and thanks Shuff for being a great friend and a great boss and for the great coffee drink!!

The store is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere for relaxing or getting work done. My coffee is consistently fresh, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Easily one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to and a perfect location just blocks from Shuff Mauldin State Farm 😉

Made our drinks wrong , then proceeded to take them back pretend to make them again. Handed the same back to us. My wife then went back in and they promised they’d remade them as she is allergic. They hadnt. Avoid

The worst experience I ever had a Starbucks … I placed my order on the mobile app so I can generate my points so I came and waited , the customers that came and order at the counter receive their items first. A manager that was off the clock dressed in all black with piercings had a terrible attitude as if I wasn’t supposed to speak up because I placed my mobile order at 5:04 I didn’t receive until 5:14

Used the drive thru when going to this location. I ordered a caramel macchiato hot. Service was fast but once I left and took a sip realized it was the wrong drink. I’m not sure if it was an internal error or if the barista does not know how to make a drink. I was given a vanilla latte but sticker said caramel macchiato. Could be human error or it could be they don’t know how to make a simple drink. Lesson learned tase your drink before you drive off.
