Exactly what I was looking for in a NYC area bagel shop. Cozy atmosphere. Great service , and the price was much less than I expected for the area. Pumpernickel bagel and sandwich was excellent. Highly recommend this shop. Will be back here next time I visit the Rockville Center area.

One star – Extremely disappointed this time.
I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time — we always get our bagels from this place. But today was a whole different story. The guy in the red shirt (staff) was rude, clearly in a bad mood, and made the whole experience super uncomfortable. No smile, no basic courtesy, just attitude. Honestly, I don’t come here to deal with someone else’s bad day. Totally unprofessional. I won’t be coming back after this.

My favorite bagel shop on Long Island. I am addicted to their egg and cheese on a bagel. And their coffee is so good too. The staff are very friendly and are the most efficient of any bagel place. I love coming here because I know it’s always going to be good, and the staff is always going to be friendly. It’s like coming home.

After living on LI for 40 years and moving away, I was looking forward to delicious bagels while visiting family! What a disappointment! First, the woman with the reddish hair taking my order had her earbuds in the entire time and was having a conversation with someone. I guess that’s why she had me repeat my order 4 times. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese to eat while waiting for the bagels and the bagel was dry and the bacon was burnt. Service was also very slow for a Tuesday. The dozen bagels that I brought home were dry and some were burnt! I definitely won’t be returning here.

Weird interaction with cashier, who went out of his way to be rude which was odd because there was no rush and our order was very simple. Coffee here is burnt and pretty bad. Bagels are on par with most other places in the area so I’d recommend going elsewhere if possible.

They went downhill. The bagels used to shatter on the outside. Definitely were some of the best bagels in the area. I was shocked when I had the bagels recently. They are akin to 711 bagels. Like they opted out of making their own bagels and went with one of those mass production bakeries to save money. Truly the end of an era. Won’t be going back.

Food was good, usually order for pickup which is a better experience in my opinion. Going in to order was very disorganized and we kept getting skipped for ordering and for paying… I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a lot of time to kill. Order online if anything.,
