Spent $50+ and ordered through the app. I received an email saying my food was ready for pickup but when I arrived at the store they were closed. Hours on door and Google say 8pm yet doors were locked with no sign stating closure. Do better and refund my money!

I have been going to this Subway for a year or 2 now and believe me when I tell you that how this place is ran should be the standard. I stop here from time to time on my way home from work and I place the order ahead of time. The order is always exactly how I requested it, the workers are very friendly and professional. Believe me when I tell you that you can find no better place locally than this subway. If you have not been to this location before I strongly recommend it!

I ordered online, and there was a mistake in my sandwich. I went inside and spoke with Dave, who was amazing! He remade my sandwich and was apologetic, while being very friendly and kind. It was great to interact with him!

Stopped in a couple days ago for a quick lunch to take home. They were very friendly and efficient. I was on my way in about 5 minutes and the subs were great. If you are in the Hickory area stop in. You won’t be dissapointed.

Hours show til 9PM, but arrived and 6:58PM and was told they close at 7PM “Manager asked them to close early”. Luckily the nice kids were able to accommodate my order. As i sat in line for the next 20 min waiting for my 6″ meal, they had to turn away business from at least 10 other cars (I guess this location does not like $?). The Manager should be ashamed of their actions – at least show up yourself and support your team and if hours need covered, that’s your job!! Don’t let these kids take the brunt of your irrational decisions to close early. P.S. This is the third time that i have had similar poor experiences at this location; i avoid it at all costs and go to McDonald location any chance I can.
