Everything was lacking. Which was disappointing because I love subway, it is my number one sandwich place. And I came here with some friends to get some brunch, I ordered a turkey sandwich, and asked for it to be toasted. By the time they gave me my order, my sandwich was cold, the mayonnaise was smeared all over the outside of the bread. I understand how stressful and hard working in an establishment is, but the place was completely empty. When we first walked in, one of the kids working just stared at me without saying anything. We had three sandwiches, and he was becoming overwhelmed and stressed. There was another girl in the back, when she came forward she was talking very quietly so we kept asking her to repeat the questions because we couldn’t hear her. And she was visibly annoyed, with it. Food safety is also something to consider, the girl was working with cuts all over her arms, and open wounds near open food cannot be sanitary. Personal problems shouldn’t interfere with work problems not even my safety. I would not be returning to this location, the boy who first took our order deserves a raise. He is constantly stressed doing everyone else’s job!

Brennan took care of us, me and my dear old parents, the day my uncle died. We went to get food before a long travel right after being with him until the end. And Brennan was the kindest person to us as we stood there, ordering, with us trying not to cry. He didn’t intrude or anything, he just served us and then quietly paid for our meal from his own pocket. What a kind and decent human being. And the food was really good and this location still has the classic subways, like the cold cut combo.
Kindness like this matters. People like this matter and make a real difference in the world, and everyone should get food here. And appreciate every day.

the ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN THE UNITED STATES. I USED to go here multiple times a week; even after dealing with their crap customer service, and sub par employees. They always refuse my coupons, they would charge me extra for changing the chicken on the chicken bacon ranch- annoying, but fine whatever I’ll pay the extra money. But now they are telling me that they can’t even swap the chicken at ALL. what happened to building our own subs? Subway my way? I think not.

We got sandwiches, but not what, nor how we ordered them. Honestly I didn’t think subways could be bad, but that was really lousy all around. It was hot in the store, the employees seemed upset at each other and couldn’t follow basic directions. They also didn’t know their own menu items so I had to read the whole order off the menu and they still gave me the wrong size and missed toppings. Out of the four orders we got only one was mostly right. The rest were not what we asked for even after correcting them multiple times.

While waiting a female employee decided to have a breakdown and went off on another employee in front of customers. The male employee, Nick, tried to get her to stop and leave but she wasn’t listening to him. She went and looked like she was making a sandwich and when Nick finished up with his guest come to help us she got in front of him an rudely said I got it. She started our sandwiches but wasn’t listening to our requests. Nick came out and advised the girl that a manager told her leave and she just raised her hand at him. We finally got our food and left. It was very uncomfortable. Nick handled her as best he could and was very professional.

The kids meals lack options. Side you get apple sauce you can’t change it for chips. And you an only get milk or juice. You can’t switch it for chocolate milk or anything else. It’s sucks.

It was really good! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I tried the Baja steak sandwich and it did not disappoint!

I was in today around 30 minutes ago, and one of the employees was being very unprofessional. She was continuously talking to customers about how her previous jobs were gross and cockroach infested, was referring to her drinking habits(i dont believe that this person was over 21), and general disturbing topics that should have no place in a food establishment!! Safe to say I lost my appetite, however the sandwiches were good when I finally found the stomach to eat them. In addition, this person was cussing constantly and hardly working(her coworker was doing well with picking up slack). I don’t see myself coming back to this Subway unless this employee isn’t there.
