For some the cost seems high but the food here is very high quality I haven’t seen in over 15 year’s. Brownies are a lower sugar type that you can taste chocolate in it’s full richness. The bread is of a insanely good quality as if it’s baked in house. Salads are huge and fresh. And to top it off the sandwich’s are top notch!

I simply asked for the salad to be free of tomatoes, as my girlfriend is SERIOUSLY allergic to tomatoes. Instead, for $40, I got a sandwich and tomatoe-heavu Greek salad.

Pretty disappointed with today’s experience. Our crew placed a pickup order for subs, and I’m on a carnivore diet, so I specifically requested no bun and no tomatoes. Unfortunately, the order still came with tomatoes, and the portion size was extremely small—roughly a third of what would normally be in a “large” sandwich. For a $20 item, it felt more like an appetizer than a meal.
On top of that, having to spend $100 or more just to place a pickup order is frustrating and unreasonable. I’ve been a patron of this chain in other cities and have never had issues like this before—this has only happened at the Castle Rock location.
I’m hopeful this feedback helps improve consistency and service moving forward.

placed an online order and was never notified it was ready until walking into the restaurant and being told .. your order has been sitting over here for the last 1/2 hour! Also didn’t include my overpriced side of chips. Manager ( amber ) has a major chip on her shoulder and should reconsider how she treats her customers. Really disappointing experience when your mediocre sandwiches are $20 a pop

I’ve given this location at least half a dozen tries and every time, with the exception of the first time right after they opened; it’s been awful. Sandwiches are literally never right. Tonight was the final straw. Ordered a BLT add pickle, mayo and avocado sandwich for my kiddo, get home and it’s missing the lettuce and tomato. What!? That’s 2/3 the ingredients. Mine had no mayo and another was toasted to death. Missing ingredients aside, there’s just very little flavor in any of their concoctions. To be quite honest, Potbelly makes a better sandwich by far and I’ve never had anything wrong with an order. The staff is far more pleasant as well.

Can I vent about 2025 tip status! When ordering at Snarfs off of Wilcox, I was of course prompt to tip, even though I was tipping the girl for typing in my order. The order took over 20 minutes and the place was dead. When my name was called, my sandwiches were sitting on the counter next to a pile of bags. I literally had to bag my own order that I tipped on! ridiculous!

Original review: My usual sandwich “Italian” was ok but not as good as other Snarfs I’ve been to with less meat and toppings. Something was off with the flavor too. Bread was heavily toasted, way more than usual. Music was very loud hard to hear my order called. Bag of chips was mostly air. There was a very bad smell near the fountain drinks, may need to have the plumbing checked out. I may go back to this one but will likely stick to my usual Snarfs locations.
Edited review: I came back to this location again. Super friendly and helpful staff this time Better sandwich this time. Perfectly toasted and flavorful and more meat than last time too. Mac and cheese was weird, like most noodles were chopped up – almost like rice. Smell was still there near drink section/bathrooms but not as bad as the last time.

Got the pot roast special. Very tasty almost like an Italian beef with Giardinera, peppers, and bright green relish. The bread is super crusty which helps hold up the sandwich from disintegrating. Solid place, pricey though, but then again most places are.

Regular customer that eats here 1-2X/month. Unfortunately it seems to be trending in the wrong direction. Latest example was the dried out cheese that was used in my salad today, I wasn’t expecting a crunchy salad!! It had clearly been out for a while and not “cut fresh everyday” as the manager informed me when I just called to inquire. She was horribly rude and inconsiderate. Lost a customer but she clearly didn’t seem to mind.
