Worst “Fast” Food Experience Ever
This has to be one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered ONE Chicken Little at the drive-thru — just one — and somehow it took 30 minutes. I’m not sure what kind of operation they’re running here, but “fast food” clearly isn’t part of it.
After waiting 20 minutes outside, I went inside to check. Guess what? They hadn’t even started making my sandwich yet. Unreal. I waited another 10 minutes, and when I finally got it, they forgot my fries and drink.
There were only three employees, and not a single one seemed to know what they were doing. Everyone looked confused, moving around with zero coordination. It was like watching a slow-motion disaster behind the counter.
If you’re hungry and think this place will be quick — good luck, you’ll need it.

AVOID this restaurant. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to, and the only one where I left after ordering and paying without receiving my food.
I have been to this KFC twice. The first time the service was extremely slow. It probably took close to 20 minutes to receive my food. The second time, however, managed to be even worse.
I placed a mobile order for a sandwich combo and extra side of fries, and waited for over 20 minutes. Several people who ordered after me received their food when I still had not received mine. I went to the counter to confirm with an employee that they received my order and were working on it.
I stood at the counter for an additional 10 minutes. No one ever acknowledged me or came up to talk even when I was trying to get their attention. There were 3 employees who could clearly see me standing there for an extended period of time. Not only was I not receiving my food, but I couldn’t even talk to anyone to ask why I wasn’t receiving my food.
After spending about 30 minutes total in this KFC and failing to receive food or talk to an employee, I left. I will be issuing a chargeback on my credit card, and I definitely will never be going here ever again.

Ruined my dinner and my evening! The lady was rude from the time I pulled up to the speaker. I felt like I was being scolded. When I got to the window, her attitude wasn’t any better so I drove off without food. Poor customer service. It’s a shame this fairly new KFC already has such poor reviews. It cost nothing to smile and be nice. Do better! Hire better!

My order had dark meat instead of white, a cold hard biscuit, and a barely warm pot pie. This was at 1:15PM on a Sunday. Maybe the “B-Team” was working? It was all teenage girls. I will never be back and will make sure to let my family, friends, and co-workers know to skip by this location. $18 of crap

They are supposed to be under new management. They made it a point to tell me, yet the first time I came under the new management they tried to refuse to make my order (I know I have to wait every time I order because it’s not things they have ready) and I went off on them then the second time I went, they tried to get away with giving me what I didn’t order (original instead of crispy). I had overheard them say it wasn’t, one lady told them they needed to say something but they didn’t and just acted like it was all crispy. I checked it and brought it back in. They told me it was gonna be 10 MORE minutes (I had already waited 40 minutes) for FIVE pieces. Probably thinking I wouldn’t wait. But THEY KNOW my autistic kids won’t eat the original. I know for a fact they remember me based on the crappy interaction we had the last time. But corporate and the GM is getting a call in the morning. You don’t do that. I paid EXTRA for crispy and you wanna try to get over on me. The new management needs to rethink a NEWER management!

Not sure why I cannot order a family bucket half extra crispy for white meat and regular for the dark meat Seems like every time they just give us one of the other of all extra crispy or all regular. And as a bonus, this time they forgot to give us any gravy.
At least they got the coupon correct. But I would love to get my actual order someday

Terrible service. They take way too long with the orders, up to an hour and ten minutes for each one. Customers get angry and complain about their orders, and with good reason. It’s the same thing every single day.

Not only did they refuse to remove the plastic ware and straw from the bag I hadn’t even touched yet when I asked them to (thanks for adding to unnecessary waste) but I got home and discovered I didn’t even get what I ordered. They weren’t even busy, so I have no idea how my simple order was screwed up.

Super great experience here today. We came in at an odd time (2:30 pm). I was afraid we would get cold chicken that had been sitting since lunch. The staff was so friendly and made all of our food fresh and even commented that it would be just a few minutes so they could give us fresh chicken instead of the leftover lunch food. Everything was super hot and fresh and the restaurant was very clean. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location for this kind of service! Thank you!

Ordered through Uber Eats. Which wasn’t the problem of the driver. Staying at wyndham hotel so of course I don’t have forks or spoons and KFC did not send any. I guess they expected me to go back into Troglodyte time and eat Cole slaw and mash potatos with our hands. I also ordered a 3 piece big chicken box and we both only got 2 pieces in it. Let alone the kid’s meal did not have the milk or apple sauce. Ordered 3 waters bottled waters and only got one. An Uber wants to refund me 5 whole dollars while 2 bottles of water with the tax costs more than $5 let alone the missing milk an applesauce and wheres our extra 2 pieces of chicken and what aboutThe pain and suffering from having to eat with our hands mashed potatoes and cold slaw yuck. Shame on you KFC and shame on you Uber Eats for that little refund.
